Perrie Edwards is "experimenting" with new music; is she feeling pressured from the other Little Mix's members blooming solo careers?
Perrie has teamed up with songwriter Kamille - who previously claimed that the Little Mix's star's upcoming solo work would "blow everyone's minds" - and has been having "so much fun" in the studio since the girl group took a break after an 11-year stint.
Edwards reacted to this comment and it can be felt as if she's a bit anxious and as if she does not believe what Kamille said herself. She said: "Are you counting? So am I. It's sad, it's real sad. I saw [what Kamille said]. That's Kam, she's always got my back. She's like my sister, of course she's going to say that. It's all going really well, I'm just having so much fun experimenting with different sounds. It's just really good."

The 'Confetti' hitmaker noted that she is "very fortunate" to be working with "such incredible individuals" and that she simply wants to make music she enjoys.
Jesy Nelson, who quit the band prior to the hiatus in December 2020 citing mental health issues, collaborated with rap superstar Nicki Minaj in 2021 to release "Boyz."
Leigh Anne Pinnock has been in the studio with the "Secrets" singer RAYE after signing a deal with Warner Records in March 2022, while Jade Thirlwall is apparently "taking a break" from music entirely.
A source said that the stakes for Jade are enormous. Jade has everything it takes to become a major celebrity, but it would be unwise to release a half-hearted track in a hurry. Jade has spent a great deal of time in the studio, but she is currently planning for the future while taking a break from her work, the source further explained.
Last year, Jesy Nelson has discussed her relationship with Little Mix, saying that she and her bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Perrie Edwards are "no longer speaking" due to recent tensions.
Jesy departed the group in December 2020 after nine years, releasing her debut solo single 'Boyz' alongside Nicki Minaj. The single resulted in further allegations of Blackfishing against Jesy, in which a non-Black person benefits and profits from adopting aspects of Black culture or altering their appearance to match black qualities, such as darkening their complexion.
Following the turmoil, Jesy and Nicki participated in an Instagram Live where Nicki attempted to criticize Leigh-Anne while Jesy smiled in response, resulting in additional outrage.
