Aaron Carter has been taking the internet by storm over the past week after his sudden passing and more details about his life will be uncovered in his posthumous memoir titled "Aaron Carter: An Incomplete Story of an Incomplete Life," set to be released next week.

In his upcoming book, the singer, who died at the age of 34 at his home in California, recalled the shocking incident that took place at Michael Jackson's house; what happened?

According to the New York Post, the alleged incident happened in the king of pop's Neverland Ranch in 2003. Nick Carter's younger brother was 15 years old at the time.

After a party, the singer claimed he and the "Thriller" hitmaker went into the main house alone and went to his bedroom area following a four-wheeler ride with Chris Tucker.

Shortly after, Carter said he was ready to sleep, but he didn't think where he would sleep at the pop star's massive mansion.

Instead of choosing one of the rooms inside the house, Jackson allegedly "pulled out this cot next to his bed." The singer didn't ask further questions as he was tired so they turned the lights off and he slept on the already made-up cot.

Later that night, Carter said something woke him up, when he sat up, he allegedly found Jackson at the foot of his cot "in his tighty-whitey underwear."

At the time, the singer was confused as he didn't know whether he was sleepwalking or doing something else, but he said the pop star "was still asleep."

The "I'm All About You" hitmaker then shouted "what the f***!?" and asked him to go back to bed, to which the king of pop allegedly replied, "OK."

"We both went back to sleep. I never asked him about it, and we never mentioned it. When I woke up in the morning, he was gone from the room," he added.

As of this writing, Michael Jackson's estate has yet to comment on the story.

In a previous episode of "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition," Carter claimed Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him "except for one time."

The singer didn't elaborate on his claims at the time, but he clarified that it wasn't "sexual."
