So we've got some updates on the Sankeys Brooklyn saga. A few weeks ago we reported that the newly opened chapter of the esteemed British nightclub would be closing its Brooklyn location after a mere three weeks. Representatives from Sankeys reported that the franchisees in New York were totally ill-prepared to run such an establishment but a new statement from those aforementioned organizers report that a club will in fact operate at the location under the new title OPEN. -
Questlove Says Things Weren't "All Good" Between The Roots & Biggie When He Died: "I Never Made It Right"
Questlove and Chris Rock stopped by for a chat on the bi-monthly hip-hop podcast, Juan Epstein, hosted by Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds. Throughout the two-hour conversation, the group debated who was hip-hop's greatest producer and what was the best year for rap releases, among other topics. Rock shared stories about his early years on the comedy circuit opening up for rappers as well as the hand he played in Kanye West's "Blame Game," and the group ended up in a conversation about how each of them found out about Biggie's death. -

Skrillex is getting into the holiday spirit and has announced that he will be releasing a compilation from his label OWSLA, titled Eggnog, because who doesn't like Eggnog, for charity. The compilation will feature OWSLA label members and artists that Skrillex has been taking out on tour including Milo & Otis, Alex Metric, What So Not, Valentino Khan, Jack Beats, Trollphace, Snails, and his single as a part of Jack U with Diplo, "Take U There". -

Tomorrowland is known for its otherworldly production and stage designs. They have made unforgettable pieces of cinema with their 30+ minute clips over the past few years and share some brand new music from their residents, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Now GoPro, the innovative and wildly popular camera company has decided to try and one up Tomorrowland's official effort with an aftermovie of their own. They gave several 4k cameras to two girls and documented their journey in Belgium to the festival and their wild ride once they arrived hanging out with DJs like Steve Aoki, Krewella and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. -

King Tuff Announces 2015 US Tour Dates With Father John Misty, Ex Hex [FULL SCHEDULE]
Though his current string of European tour dates ends on Dec. 5, garage rocker King Tuff announced today that he will be hitting the road once again in January, this time for a tour of the U.S. According to Consequence of Sound, these newly announced American tour dates will kick off on Jan. 7 in Santa Ana, California and finish up on April 8 in Omaha, Nebraska.
