Beyonce is being sued by independent filmmaker Matthew Fulks for her Lemonade trailer, which allegedly copies his short film Palinoia. In the lawsuit, the Kentucky based filmmaker is asserting that a part of her project copied some elements of his short film, which he finished back in 2014. The plaintiffs listed on the suit include Sony Music, Columbia Records and Parkwood Entertainment Company, who represents Beyonce. -

Rita Ora is leaving Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation to sign with Warner Music, which follows a lawsuit filed by the British singer in 2015 describing an “orphaned relationship” between herself and her former label. On the heels of her lawsuit, Roc Nation had filed a counterclaim. Ora has now signed with Warner Music, but specifics of her deal with the company are not available at this time. Roc Nation has additionally not confirmed or denied the settlement reports. -

Axl Rose is demanding that Google take down the “fat memes” of himself that have been splashed all over the Internet as of late. The Guns N’ Roses frontman claims that he owns the copyright to the photos, which were taken by Boris Minkevich for the Winnipeg Free Press back in 2010. Clearly, Rose has shed some major weight since the photos were taken in preparation for the 'Not In This Lifetime Tour,' as well as dates with AC/DC. -
