Times Union reports that '70s pop singer and The Partridge Family star David Cassidy plead guilty to a DWI charge in upstate New York yesterday, Sept. 3. This plea deal stems from an incident near Albany last summer, in which the 64-year-old singer was pulled over for reportedly failing to dim his headlights to oncoming traffic, and was discovered to be driving while intoxicated.
