• Bill Cosby Fighting to Keep Court Records of 2005 Sexual Assault Case Sealed

It looks like Bill Cosby is willing to say just about anything in an attempt to protect himself from any more embarrassment. Earlier this week the fallen funny man was in court with his attorney trying to keep the details of a sexual assault case that he settled back in 2005, from being revealed to the public. Cosby told the court that he is not a public figure and that there would be no interest in what these sealed documents might contain. Instead, if released they would inevitably cause embarrassment. Ironically, it's actually the Associated Press that is trying to get motions from this lawsuit unsealed in order to bolster the claims by a multitude of women that paint Cosby as a chronic sexual predator.
  • Janice Dickinson Has Filed a Defamation Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby

As if Bill Cosby didn't already have enough grenades to dodge, yet another lawsuit was filed against him this week by one of his accusers, Janice Dickinson. If you remember, the former supermodel came forward a few months back, claiming that the famed comedian both drugged and then raped her. Of course, Cosby has denied that it ever happened and in doing so, basically has alluded to the notion that Dickinson is lying. That is defamation of character and she's not going to take it lightly.
  • Heckler Taunts Bill Cosby Over Rape Allegations During Baltimore Show at Lyric Opera House

Bill Cosby's stand-up tour continues to sputter its way across the country amid rape allegations. Last Friday, March 27, he made a stop for a show at the Lyric Opera House in Baltimore, Maryland, and was met not just by protestors outside but also by one loud, taunting heckler inside the venue. In the last several months, 38 different women have come forward to accuse the legendary comic of drugging and sexually assaulting them, and it has resulted in a career-killing scandal.
  • Chelsea Handler Reveals Her Bill Cosby Encounter in a New Magazine Interview

It has been a little while since another new alleged victim of Bill Cosby has come forward to make allegations against him, but as it turns out, Chelsea Handler had an interesting experience with him years ago. As she puts it, the legendary comic tried to "Cosby" her, and it is probably her built-in distrust and street smarts that saved her from being another victim with another real story to tell. She reveals her sketchy encounter in a new magazine interview.
  • Bill Cosby Reaches Out to Fans With Bizarre Video Message

It seems that Bill Cosby's PR team realized that sending the same message every time a new accuser emerges was not exactly working out too well because today, March 9, they decided to try a different approach. Since everything is digital now, it probably made good sense for Cosby to tape a video message, but somewhere along the way his handlers seem to have totally dropped the ball. The comedian has relied on his concert tour to keep his career moving in the midst of one of the biggest sex scandals to hit any celebrity. Nearly 30 women have come forward with accusations that Cosby either drugged them, sexually assaulted them or both. Up until now the actor has avoided being seen on camera until today, which makes this video even more bizarre.
  • Jewel Allison Stayed Silent About Bill Cosby Assault Because She Feared Racial Issues

While over 30 women have now come forward to publicly accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault, only a handful have decided to tell their story in their own words, in detail. Jewel Allison was one of the first women to come forward last November but she has waited until now to give a detailed account of her encounter with Cosby back in the late 80's. Like many of the legendary comedian's accusers, Allison has been dragged through the mud a bit for waiting so long to speak up and as it turns out, her reasoning was more complicated than just clear cut fear.
  • Bill Cosby Faces New Allegations as He Tries To Get Defamation Suit by Three Accusers Dropped

Bill Cosby must miss the days when his career was all that anyone talked about when his name was mentioned. Instead, he had muddled through four months of allegations by numerous women as his gigs disappeared and long time friends have failed to defend him. Cosby keeps insisting in statements that he's "not finished yet" but the direction that his career is heading in seems to paint a distinctly different picture. This week brought a new woman out of the woodwork as Cosby's attorney worked hard to get a defamation suit against him dropped.
