Bill Cosby's uphill battle to save his career isn't even close to over yet. Instead, it seems like with each passing day we learn of a new accuser or someone offers up scathing details of an encounter with the actor that seem to prop up all of the other allegations that came before. When Beverly Johnson decided to speak out recently it seemed like a bit of a game-changer because no one seemed to really question her account and there was a shift in the way that the media covered this story. Cosby felt it enough to actually talk to a reporter in the hopes of dividing and conquering the media. It didn't work, so now Cosby's legal team is ripping into the media, one network at a time and they're starting with CNN. -
ABC News Anchor David Muir Is Furious That First Darren Wilson Exclusive Interview Went to George Stephanopoulos Instead of Him
We told you a few weeks ago that there was a serious fight between the networks to score the first exclusive interview with Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. CNN's Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper as well as NBC's Matt Lauer all met with Wilson before he finally decided to sit down and talk on the record with ABC's George Stephanopoulos. As it turns out, perhaps the person most bent out of shape over Wilson's choice is "ABC World News Tonight" anchor David Muir.Apparently Muir believes that as the network's evening anchor, he should be the one who is in the running for the serious "gets," not just Stephanopoulos. Sources close to Muir dished on the fact that he is furious exclusively to Page Six. -
CNN's Don Lemon Puts His Foot in His Mouth Again, This Time While Reporting from Ferguson
CNN's Don Lemon has been having a really rough time lately, and it basically has been his own doing. Last week he caught some major backlash after insinuating to Joan Tarshis, one of Bill Cosby's rape accusers, that she could have bit him to prevent the alleged assault. Now his reporting from Ferguson, Missouri, has also come under fire.Shortly after it was announced that Darren Wilson would not be indicted for fatally shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown, CNN's reporters were taking turns updating viewers at home on what was unfolding in front of them. Lemon and Anderson Cooper were discussing the chaos, and Lemon said that protestors were jumping on cars and he heard gunshots off in the distance. Then after a pause, Lemon followed up that assessment with:"Obviously, there's a smell of marijuana in the air."That detail was not obvious to anyone else, it seemed, as the rest of CNN's crew was too busy running for cover from tear gas and smoke bombs to notice any potential pot in the air. Once again, Twitter lit up with backlash against Lemon because he just cannot seem to keep from making insensitive comments on live television. -
Ferguson Protesters Riot, Loot, Set Fires as Grand Jury Decides Not to Indict Darren Wilson in the Death of Michael Brown
The worst-case scenario is what has unfolded in Ferguson, Missouri, after a 12-person grand jury failed to indict officer Darren Wilson on any criminal charges in the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in August. While Brown's family pled for peaceful protests, that was not what several black militia groups, such as the RgB Black Rebels, had in mind. Police in riot gear failed to control protestors, according to AOL, who went from throwing rocks to torching several of their own local businesses in just a few hours last night, Nov. 24.Prosecuting attorney Bob McCulloch said the jury met on 25 separate days over the course of three months, hearing more than 70 hours of testimony from about 60 witnesses, including three medical examiners and experts on blood, toxicology and firearms. In the end, they ultimately believed Wilson's account of what had occurred between him and Brown. It is also important to note that the physical evidence also guided the jurors in making their final decision. Many seemed to feel that McCulloch completely dropped the ball in his defiant delivery of the grand jury's decision. He was in a position to attempt to unite both sides by his tone and empathy for the loss of Brown's life and how it has crushed the teen's family. Instead, McCulloch seemed to inflame protestors even more and the end result was disastrous, according to Yahoo! -
Piers Morgan Shares His Opinion On The N-Word, John Legend Disagrees With Former CNN Host Via Twitter

David Gregory's Salary Demands Cost Him a Position at CNN, but He Will Co-Host an Election Day Special on 'Yahoo! News' Beside Katie Couric
David Gregory can't seem to catch a break or land a great job. After spending years at NBC, the newsman was let go late last summer after being blamed for "Meet the Press's" dismal Sunday morning ratings — not that the network did not try to figure out why, after years, people still were not embracing Gregory as host of the paneled show. It was rumored he and his wife — at the network's request — even met with therapists in an attempt to figure out what character flaw made him seemingly so unlikable. Once the writing was on the wall, it was rumored Gregory would likely land at CNN, but now we are hearing that that deal fell through. Salary demands could not be met, and the anchor will co-host an Election Day special on "Yahoo! News" with Katie Couric. -
Veteran CNN, Fox News Anchor Terry Keenan Dead of Massive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Terry Keenan's last assignment may be to remind everyone just how short life can be, as she died suddenly late last week from a cerebral hemorrhage. The 53-year-old veteran anchor is known for her work on CNN and Fox News and was most recently employed as a business columnist for the Sunday edition of the "New York Post." -
CNN Cancels 'Crossfire', Cuts 300 Jobs, Then Offers Counseling To Former Staffers
CNN announced that it will cut 300 jobs on Wednesday and it also confirmed ongoing speculation about the future of several under-performing shows. With Jeff Zucker in charge, the news network decided to revive the long-running show Crossfire in an updated format. Unfortunately Newt Gingrich, Stephanie Cutter, S.E. Cupp and Van Jones never equaled ratings magic. The show was on hiatus for several weeks when CNN focused nonstop attention on missing flight MH370 and when it returned in July it remained the lowest rated show on any news network. Needless to say, Crossfire has been canceled as well as a few other specialty shows. -
Talib Kweli Gets Into Heated Argument With CNN's Don Lemon About Ferguson [WATCH]
Earlier today, rapper Talib Kweli appeared on CNN to discuss the riots in Ferguson, Missouri with Don Lemon, but what should have been an intelligent discussion on police brutality and race relations in this country devolved into some sort of meta-interview about the nature of mainstream news coverage. Still, it's a conversation worth having, and luckily it happened on one of the very networks guilty of such coverage.
