Florence + The Machine Cutting Second Coachella Appearance to 30 Minutes after Foot Injury
Florence + The Machine's ability to perform may have taken a tougher hit than most predicted as a result of the songstress breaking her foot at last weekend's rendition of the Coachella Music Festival. Official posts on the Coachella website indicate that the vocalist's performance tonight as part of the event's second weekend will be a mere half-hour, just half the time of last week's scheduled hour. -
Florence + The Machine's Welch Breaks Foot at Coachella on Verge of New Album Release
Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine fame suffered a broken foot while performing at Coachella over the weekend, she revealed on Tuesday. As part of the performance she jumped down off of the stage and apparently landed funny. Although she was able to finish the performance, the vocalist said that future performances would need to be "stripped back" a tad. -

Ratatat Announce 2015 US Tour: 'Drugs' Band Playing at Coachella, Governors Ball and on West Coast
Enigmatic electronic-rock duo Ratatat, comprised of Evan Mast and Mike Stroud have announced that they will be going on tour this spring. The duo have been noticeably quiet since they released their last album LP4 on XL Recordings in 2010, but it appears they are making a comeback of sorts in 2015. The pair will be doing a few regular shows on the West Coast at the Fox Theater in Pamona, California, the Odgen Theater in Denver and other shows in Las Vegas, Tulsa and San Diego. The west coast run will be capped off with their two-weekend stint at Coachella. -
Steely Dan Announce West Coast Tour Around Coachella Appearances [FULL SCHEDULE]
One of the biggest surprises from this year's Coachella Music and Arts Festival was the announcement of jazz rock legends Steely Dan as one of the peformers, and in support of their appearances at the festival the band has announced a string of West Coast tour dates for April, "Ultimate Classic Rock" has reported. Dubbed the "Rockabye Gollie Angel" tour, these dates kick off with two performances in Santa Rosa, California, April 7 and 8, and conclude April 18 in San Diego. Other than a stop in Las Vegas April 11, all dates on the tour are in California. -

Belle & Sebastian Share New Song "The Cat With The Cream" From Upcoming Album "Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance" [LISTEN]
Scottish indie pop legends Belle & Sebastian have shared another track from their upcoming album Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance, titled "The Cat with the Cream," which you can check out below. Though the previous songs that have been shared so far from the album have been pretty upbeat and fun, "The Cat with the Cream" is far more dramatic and low-key, with a prominent string section and almost no percussion other than a steady kick drum. The lyrics are also more political than we're used to hearing from frontman Stuart Murdoch, with lines about Tories and the boom/bust nature of capitalist economies.
