Khloé Kardashian Incites Social Media Controversy for Posting 'KKK' Joke on Instagram
When Khloé Kardashian posted a meme to her Instagram account Tuesday, Nov. 11, we have to wonder what she was thinking. It was captioned, "The only KKK ever to let black men in," and Khloé's comment was one word: "True."That is all it took to light up a debate that is still growing strong today. Making any comparison or reference to the Ku Klux Klan, an extremist white supremacist group, is thought to be in really bad taste.Khloé's post grabbed more than 405,000 likes and 26,000 comments in only two hours. While many of her supporters suggested that people just lighten up a little and see the humor in the actual reference, an equal number were offended by the comment. Many people believe the KKK never belongs as a punchline in any joke. Others totally got the fact that both Khloé and Kim have caught heat for only dating dark-skinned men. -
