Dead & Company Keyboardist Jeff Chimenti Talks Musical Experience in New Interview
Jeff Chimenti had been on the periphery of the Grateful Dead jam band scene for years and served as a keyboardist for Bob Weir's side project Ratdog for a total of 18 years. He also moonlighted with Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh for his band Phil and Friends in addition to touring with Further Festival. During the summer of 2015, he also played with drummers Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann with Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio for the Fare Thee Well concerts.
