• BBC Drops Scandalous Documentary on Royals After Prince Charles's Attorney Gets Involved

    A new documentary called "Reinventing the Royals" has originally been scheduled to premiere on BBC this coming weekend, but because of Prince Charles's overly aggressive legal team, it will likely never see the light of day. Apparently, the royal family originally believed the project was going to take a standard look at how the media and monarchy generally worked together. Instead, the project quickly began to shed light on some of the more sinister actions of the royals, and it is a view they would prefer the general public not have."Reinventing the Royals" supposedly focuses primarily on the time after Princess Diana's tragic death in 1997. It was when Prince Charles was the least liked or respected by the British people because of his treatment of his ex-wife. He felt it necessary to reinvent himself so the public would see him as a good father to Princes William and Harry. He also wanted to sway the public perception of the woman who came between him and Diana: Camilla Parker-Bowles. Back then, Parker-Bowles was having things thrown at her when she was out in public and Charles's goal was to get people to leave her alone.

    German producer/DJ Anton Zaslaski — better known as Zedd — has announced that he will be releasing a documentary titled "Moment of Clarity," out Thursday, Dec. 18. Though it is not explicitly stated, the documentary hints at his massive, worldwide tour last year, the Moment of Clarity tour, which stretched across the globe, hitting multiple spots across the United States, including two nights at the Aragon Ballroom to close out the year, as well as stops in Asia, Australia, South America and the U.K. From the trailer, it seems as though the documentary will encompass more of his recent career, including his Grammy win for Best Dance Recording with "Clarity."2014 has been a great year for Zedd. The German DJ/producer's stock has skyrocketed since the commercial success of "Clarity," leading to major sponsorship and collaboration opportunities. The follow-up to "Clarity", "Stay the Night" alongside Paramore's Hayley Williams, went on to be a major late-2013, early-2014 hit for Zedd, managing to go platinum in the United States, according to "Yahoo."He has stepped out of just becoming a dance producer and helped bring his own brand of gritty, classically influenced electronic music to the pop world, bridging the gap even further between dance music and pop forged by David Guetta and later Calvin Harris.

    According to The Hollywood Reporter, MTV has set forth plans to create an hour-long documentary series titled The Ride that it will spread across its international networks. The network originally did this back in June when it aired in the UK and centered on the career of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. The series will pick up again overseas in October.
