• Drake Would Do Adele's Laundry for a Collaboration on "Hotline Bling" Remix

    In the middle of her world take over with the comeback hit, "Hello," Adele has expressed her love for fellow musician Drake and his most recent hit. After hearing the '25' singer's eagerness to collaborate on a "Hotline Bling" remix, the Canadian rapper admitted that he would "do laundry" for a chance to work with the vocal powerhouse.

    After setting a Thanksgiving release date, Erykah Badu dropped her But You Caint Use My Phone mixtape this past Friday (Nov. 27); with it appearing on iTunes around midnight. But You Caint Use My Phone features a remix of Drake's "Hotline Bling," retitled as "Cel U Lar Device," an original entitled "Phone Down" and a cover of the 1984 era "Mr. Telephone Man" by New Edition and "U Use To Call Me," which is rapped by Drake. Her ex and the father of her son, Andre 3000, even makes an appearance on "Hello," not to be confused with Adele's version.

In a new interview, the Atlanta rapper recalls the frustrations he faced trying to make a name for himself, and the difficulties of emerging from his cousin's shadow.

  • Lil Wayne is Recovering From Elbow Surgery in Miami Hospital

    Lil Wayne has had a tough year. The New Orleans born rapper has been named in a number of lawsuits over failure to pay bills for pyrotechnics, private jets and more. Further, he is embroiled in a deeply personal lawsuit with his former mentor and label head Birdman. The rapper is seeking $51 million in damages and withheld compensation. The lawsuit has created tensions between Cash Money artists like Young Thug and artists on Lil Wayne's Young Money imprint like Drake and Tyga, and has delayed the release of Lil Wayne's upcoming album 'Tha Carter V'. It appears, only adding to his troubles, Lil Wayne had to have surgery on his elbow. However, he is successfully recovering from the surgery now, and seems to be in good spirits. After waking up from anesthesia, Wayne tweeted, "Much luv [to] Dr. Kaplan [and] his team at Univ. of Miami hospital for a successful (elbow) surgery. [And] dey had me on the tunes during surgery... dope!"
