    Bill Cosby may have issued a statement earlier this week reassuring his remaining fans that his career is far from over, but ultimately, his ability to continue working is in the hands of other people and that is a real problem. If just one or two women had made allegations against the comedic legend, then he likely would be given the benefit of the doubt, but with more than 15 women coming forward, Cosby is going to have to have a real uphill battle.

Unfortunately, on Dec. 7 the former lovebirds got into a scary altercation that involved death threats and Moakler calling the police.

    After learning that Chloe Goins filed criminal charges against him with the LAPD, of course Bill Cosby's team has come out swinging. The young model's attorney requested that investigators get a search warrant for The Playboy Mansion, where the incident allegedly happened. They claim that surveillance tapes may provide solid proof to bolster Goins's claims. Now Cosby's team is pushing for the same footage.The comedian actually used to be friends with Hugh Hefner, and he is hoping that the head of the Playboy empire will give him evidence that might prevent any kind of criminal charges from being filed. According to a report by TMZ, Cosby's team is looking for surveillance footage and the names of employees who worked on the 2008 night in question.What is more than a little interesting is the fact that Cosby has also expressed concern about whether or not any former Playmates might have made similar claims against him. If Hefner knows of any, then you better believe Cosby's team wants to get to them before they come forward on their own. While fighting back a continuous onslaught of rumors and allegations, Cosby's business continues to tank.

    When Teresa Giudice turned herself in to begin serving her 15-month sentence at Danbury Federal Correctional Institute, the focus was initially on the family that she was leaving behind. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" husband Joe Giudice is now in charge of taking care of their four daughters, something he has never done before, and the media began speculating on Teresa's life without hair extensions and a new chore list. As it turns out, an even bigger problem is plaguing the reality star: an addiction to prescription pills.According to a report by Radar Online, Teresa has been using Xanax and Valium for the last five years, and she has also dabbled with human growth hormones to put muscle on her lean frame. That means she is now experiencing some major detox behind bars. According to the source, Teresa could be afflicted with symptoms for as long as two weeks as everything leaves her body."Teresa would get things through her friend whose husband is a doctor and two other doctors. It's going to be a [major] detox. I warned her about that. It's going to be hell. It's a cold withdrawal. You just detox. It's a really brutal withdrawal. She'll get sick. She will get diarrhea. She'll have actual DTs [delirium tremens, aka 'the shakes']," said the source.

  • Bill Cosby Gets Standing Ovation and Protests at Canadian Show

    Bill Cosby claims to have had a "wonderful time" performing in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, last night, Jan. 7. It was his first stand-up gig since last November, when detailed allegations of sexual assault first appeared again in the press. It is not the first time Cosby has been accused, but the allegations are really sticking this time around. Last night's performance was met with cheers as well as several protesters.When Cosby took the stage at the Center in the Square theater, about a third of the seats were empty in what would normally have been a sell-out crowd. While an announcer warned that there could be disruptions, there was not a single heckler in sight. The audience was polite and Cosby ended with a partial standing ovation. He also thanked the crowd for showing up and supporting him.While, all things considered, this show was a success, it is nothing compared to the kind of showing the comedian usually gets for one of his stand-up gigs. This show, as well as two others in Ontario, were booked before the scandal began, and when Cosby did not back out and cancel the dates, the venues were not going to risk doing it and being sued for breech of contract.What remains to be seen is whether or not Cosby will be able to book any new shows for this year. Several dates have already been canceled in the U.S. and we are not hearing any new ones being added to his schedule as of yet.

  • Two More Women Join Defamation Lawsuit Already Filed Against Bill Cosby

    Bill Cosby may actually be playing a few gigs in Canada this week, but back in the States his sexual assault scandal just got a little messier. For weeks now various women have come forward to accuse Cosby of drugging and then either assaulting or raping them once they were incapacitated, and finally the comedian decided to start fighting back. He hired investigators to dig up dirt on anyone making accusations, and he has also taken direct aim at any woman brave enough to publicly accuse him of wrongdoing. A defamation suit was filed against Cosby weeks ago by one of his alleged victims, Tamara Green, and now two more names have been added to that suit.According to a report by Page Six:"The amended complaint was filed Monday[, Jan. 5,] in U.S. District Court in Springfield, in western Massachusetts, where Cosby has a home in Shelburne Falls."Cosby is the only defendant in the lawsuit, originally filed last month by Tamara Green, who said he drugged and assaulted her in the 1970s. The two new plaintiffs are Therese Serignese, who said he drugged and raped her in 1976, and Linda Traitz, who alleges he tried to drug her and then sexually groped her in 1970."Attorney Joseph Cammarata, who represents the three women, said the civil action allows them to have their allegations heard since criminal statutes of limitation have expired."

    A new baby might not be the only thing Kourtney Kardashian is going to be celebrating. The reality star and her baby daddy Scott Disick are just about at the end of their three-year contract with E!, and rather than signing another deal the couple seems about ready to put reality television in their past.According to a new report by Radar Online, Kardashian is wise enough to realize that doing the show with her boyfriend since 2007 has actually caused a lot more fights than they would have had if every moment of their lives was not documented for the world to see. Sources say the couple has been over the whole reality TV thing, and the buzz that comes with it for quite awhile now, but they still had to ride out the end of their contracts.Perhaps if they walk away from the cameras and daily spotlight it will actually help Disick keep himself together. His battle with alcohol and pills was one of the main storylines on "Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons," the most recent reality show of theirs to wrap up on E! Disick was and still is grieving the loss of his parents while contending with the stress of a new baby, and if we have learned anything about this guy, it is that he cannot cope well.

It didn't work, so now Cosby's legal team is ripping into the media, one network at a time and they're starting with CNN.
