    "Love & Hip Hop New York" commemorated Memorial Day weekend with a live televised wedding of cast members Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris and about five minutes after the special aired, a former cast member took to social media to lash out. Erica Mena recently left the show and threw shade at Harris for getting special treatment and also insinuated that her wedding was a joke. Mena is currently engaged to Shad Moss and insists that her own wedding won't be devalued by reality television. Harris took a minute to enjoy her newlywed status before addressing Mena's comments.

It is expected that he will be going away for years, leaving Smith behind to care for three kids pretty much on her own. The wedding itself was intended to be like a modern fairy tale so leave it to former cast mate, Erica Mena to find a way to get some shade in there.
