Kid Ink has announced the first leg of his shows to support his third artist album, 'Full Speed,' which was released in February. The Full Speed Tour comes as he was booked to perform on the Scream Nation: The Reintroduction Tour with Jeremih and Dej Loaf, but that was canceled, leaving his spring schedule open to tour on his own in support of the album. -

Los Angeles hip-hop station Power 106 FM has announced the lineup for its annual Powerhouse concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The 2015 edition will be headlined by Kanye West with supporting performances from Ludacris, Kid Ink, Tinashe, B.o.B., Ty Dolla $ign, Nipsey Hustle, G-Eazy, Logic, Tech N9ne and Casey Veggies. -

"Ride Out" features Tyga, Wale, YG and Rich Homie Quan, but it is Ink who owns the 3 1/2-minute track with the introductory verse and hook. "Furious 7" hits theaters April 3 and the soundtrack will be out March 17, "HotNewHipHop" noted. -
Now 53 Outsells Taylor Swift, Becomes First Record to Top Albums Chart but Not Billboard 200; Kid Ink Cracks Top 10
The new Billboard 200 format has been hot on its incorporation of streams and single downloads into arranging the most relevant chart in music, yet the folks at Billboard failed to notice one thing this past week: For the first time ever, the top of the 200 was different than the album at the top of the albums chart. Although Taylor Swift and 1989 was no. 1 on the chart everyone was watching, it only sold 77,000 actual copies. That's a boost from last week, but not enough to take no. 1 on the albums chart from Now 53, which sold 98,000 copies. -

The Born Original-directed video was shot during Ink's 2014 world tour in support of his most recent album My Own Lane, and is mostly comprised of shots of European cities such as Moscow and Paris, though by the video's end, Ink is back in the United States, rapping in the middle of Times Square in New York City. -
Kid Ink Shares New Track "Ready 4 War" [LISTEN]
Los Angeles rapper Kid Ink has shared a new track titled "Ready 4 War," which you can check out below. The track features some anthemic, EDM-inspired production from Kane Beatz and J Mike, and when coupled with Ink's half sung/half rapped chorus hook, the whole thing sounds like it could have been included on Kanye West's arena-sized Graduation album. According to the track's Soundcloud page, this song was actually recorded a few years ago, not long after he signed his record deal. "Still my s**t tho!," he writes.
