• Debbie Allen Is Struggling to Believe the Allegations that Have Been Made Against Her Good Friend Bill Cosby

As more allegations of sexual misconduct are leveled against Bill Cosby on almost a daily basis, his supporters seem to be scattering. That makes the people who are still firmly planted in his corner a bit more noteworthy. Debbie Allen has long been affiliated with the actor, and while promoting her new BET special "The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker," she weighed in on the whole scandal, admitting that she finds the allegations "hard to believe" because of the man she has believed Cosby to be.Allen recently discussed her thoughts with "Today's" Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee, explaining:"I don't think we can have this conversation honestly in two minutes. It begs to ask a bigger question. Where's the moral spine in America and in the world today? Because how are we raising our daughters, our sons? Where are we looking for the guidance of how we're supposed to live? Cosby gave us one of the greatest shows in history and redefined the perception of black people all over the world."At the same time, I'm a part of One Billion Rising. This is a movement for women to stand up against violence and denigration of women. This is a tough situation, and it's just hard to believe. I don't know. I think that so much time has passed before they all have kind of have come together ... there's a big question that my mother asks me every day, 'Why now? Why are these people trying to destroy his legacy?'"
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Sues Bankruptcy Attorney James Kridel, Blames Him for Jail Sentence

Remember how Teresa Giudice stood before the judge in open court in early October and said she was ready to take full responsibility for her bad business decisions that resulted in her and husband Joe Giudice defrauding just about every business partner they have had in the last several years? Well, scratch that because it looks like Teresa was more interested in saying the right thing in the hopes of getting out of a prison stint. It did not work, as "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is expected to turn herself in to begin serving 15 months Jan. 5, but she has decided to play the blame game before she goes away.Teresa has filed a $5 million lawsuit against her bankruptcy attorney James Kridel, basically blaming his ineptness for her being sentenced to prison. A list of assets had been requested by the court, and while it was submitted — late — it was also missing numerous things, such as property and luxury items owned by the Giudices. When they arrived for sentencing in October, they were vilified for not reporting everything and concealing assets right up to the end, which may have been the thing that prompted the judge to throw the proverbial book at Teresa. It is also a convenient way for the reality star to shift the blame onto someone other than herself, and that is exactly what she is attempting to do with Kridel. Plus, she is now broke and still has to pay back more than $200,000 in restitution as part of her sentencing, so Teresa is really desperate to generate cash flow from wherever she can, and she knows that her options are limited.
  • Janay Rice's Exclusive 'Today' Interview Insinuates that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell Repeatedly Lied

After six months of silence, Janay Palmer Rice finally had a chance to sit down and address everything that has happened since Ray Rice knocked her out cold in an Atlantic City elevator earlier this year. Instead of splitting from Rice, she instead married him and has decided to support him, even once that surveillance tape went viral in September. Janay agreed to an interview with "Today's" Matt Lauer, in the hopes that people might understand how this one horrific instance of domestic violence does not define what her marriage is really like.Janay repeatedly called Rice's actions "a mistake" and reminded viewers at home that no one is perfect. She also insisted that, aside from this one incident, Rice has never been the least bit violent with her at all. She expressed serious upset at how the Baltimore Ravens organization treated them once it released Rice from his contract and believes that eventually he will be allowed to prove himself again in the NFL.Lauer also asked about what Rice told NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell when the incident first happened. Goodell has claimed that he never saw the tape until it went viral last September and that he had no idea how violent the altercation actually was. Janay balked at the notion that Rice might have minimized the attack, telling Lauer:"No. Not in any way. And, you know, I feel like if they wanted to know more details then they would have asked. But there were no further questions. It — it's been consistent with everything that he's been saying since February. I can't say he's telling the truth. You know? I know for a fact that he told — that Ray told the honest truth that he's been telling from February. So — I think they did what they had to do for themselves."

  • Ray Rice's Suspension from NFL Lifted as 'Today' Prepares to Air Interview with Janay Palmer Rice Next Week

He was handed an indefinite suspension after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell seemed to barely offer up a slap on the wrist last spring.
  • Tori Spelling Will Continue 'True Tori' Even Though It's Ruining Her Marriage to Dean McDermott

If you are someone who has been watching Tori Spelling's train wreck of a reality show "True Tori" on Lifetime, then you have already seen firsthand what a mess her marriage is. When her husband Dean McDermott's affair became public knowledge nearly a year ago, the actress decided to make the personal crisis the platform for her latest reality show, and so True Tori was born. While McDermott initially agreed to look like a fool on camera and was willing to shoulder most of the blame during their filmed therapy sessions, almost a year has passed, and it seemed that they have gotten nowhere. McDermott is now refusing to film anymore because it, quite obviously, is not fixing anything, according to "Us Weekly."Spelling sat for an interview today on "The Meredith Vieira Show," and she once again explained and tried to justify continuing on with a show that, at this point, might actually be killing her marriage. She said, "We let it all hang out. I don't [think I reveal too much] because if everything hadn't been made as public as it was, I would've chosen to deal with this privately with my husband. We're talking about the affair that my husband had almost a year ago. I chose to deal with it because it was my journey, it was my truth. Women everywhere go through this and I wanted to put it out there. It's completely cathartic for me and it's very individual.

  • New Video Allegedly Shows Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson Making Random Threats to Mike Arman in 2013

This is probably the worst time for anything else negative regarding Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson to be released to the press, but a new video has leaked depicting his demeanor with a suspect in October 2013 and it is not good. Wilson reportedly showed up on Mike Arman's property to issue a court summons for derelict vehicles. Arman pulls out his cellphone and informs Wilson that he is going to record everything, making it sound like he was already leery of the local police department. In the 15-second clip, you can clearly hear Wilson tell Arman, "If you don't stop taking pictures, I'm gonna lock your ass up."Wilson tells him that he has no right to film him and physically moves the camera. Here is the issue in the police report filed by Wilson: His depiction of the entire incident is basically disproved by the video. Arman was charged with failure to comply until his attorney saw the video. He was also charged with violating pitbull violations, which is a bit funny because the dog was actually a bull dog.
