Atlanta rapper Ludacris, real names Christopher Bridges, has won his day in court. He was given full custody of his 13-month daughter Cai after a prolonged custody battle with his baby mama Tamika Fuller. According to MStarz She testified that the "Stand Up" rapper was distraught about hearing the news of the pregnancy and tried to bribe her to abort the baby. The confident rapper refuted her story in court with his side of the story, which eventually swayed the judge to rule in his favor. -

R. Kelly Shares New Song 'Happy Birthday' for 48th Birthday [LISTEN]
Today, Jan. 8, happens to be R. Kelly's 48th birthday, so in celebration the R&B legend has shared a new song, appropriately titled "Happy Birthday," which you can check out below. The track premiered on DJ MoonDawg's radio show in Kelly's native Chicago — which explains all of the annoying sounds in the beginning — and features Kelly doing some heavily Auto-Tuned singing about watching two girls make out — on his birthday, presumably — all over a pretty basic backing track. After previewing his new song "In My Life" through a series of Instagram clips on Monday (December 8), Ludacris has unveiled the entire song, which you can check out below. The song, which is thankfully not a Beatles cover, features some lush, jazzy production, with John Legend providing the soulful hook, and though it's not as silly and outrageous as Ludacris's previous hits, it does show some remarkably maturity from the 37-year-old Atlanta rapper.
