Mumford & Sons Drops, Tech N9ne Sets Personal Record on Albums Chart
This week Warner Music became the first major label to report higher earnings from streaming than digital downloads, but album sales seem to be doing alright for Mumford & Sons, which tops the sales chart by selling 249,000 copies of 'Wilder Mind' this week. That's a sizable number but more than a 50 percent drop off from the band's previous album, 'Babel,' which debuted with 600,000 copies sold (the biggest rock debut of the decade thus far, in the band's defense). -

My Morning Jacket announced their upcoming new album The Waterfall and dropped its lead single "Big Decisions" earlier this month, and now they've dropped a trailer for the effort. The trippy, ocean-inspired clip shows the rock quintet recording their 10-track seventh studio album at their sprawling Panoramic House studio at Northern California's Stinson Beach, ending on a long pan over the album's majestic cover art. It also features previews of five new tracks: "Spring (Among the Living)," "Big Decisions," "Compound Fracture," "Believe (Nobody Knows)," and "Get the Point." -

Bonnaroo has announced the daily lineups for the 2015 edition of the music festival, and each day is even more impressive than the next. This year's roster includes headlining sets by Tove Lo, deadmau5, Mumford & Sons and Billy Joel. Kendrick Lamar will also be featured. As per usual, Saturday and Sunday boast the best lineups, but Thursday and Friday are looking just fine. -

Lollapalooza Berlin Lineup: Macklemore, Sam Smith and Run the Jewels Among Big Names
The Berlin edition of Lollapalooza, set to take place in September, has recently announced its lineup. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Sam Smith and Run the Jewels will perform in addition to Fatboy Slim, My Morning Jacket and The Libertines. One remaining headliner has yet to be announced for the inaugural concert event, 'Billboard' noted.
