• Jeff Bridges Releases Ambient Album 'Sleeping Tapes' to Help Listeners Sleep

    Actor Jeff Bridges is no stranger to the music community. He won an Academy Award for his portrayal of a country singer in the film "Crazy Heart" and has even released two country albums, but his latest project is something that pretty much nobody expected. According to "The Wall Street Journal," Bridges has released an album of ambient music titled "Sleeping Tapes" and, as its name suggests, it is designed to help its listeners fall asleep -- that is the album cover above.

    Arcade Fire member Will Butler has shared the music video for his single "Anna" from his upcoming debut studio album "Policy," which you can check out below. It also doubles as a lyric video and features some crude animation to visualize certain lyrics and musical passages, such as the images of various forms of currency to go along with the "money" refrain.

Like Tomorrow's Modern Boxes, "Youwouldn'tlikemewhenI'mangry" is a minimal electronica track with sterile beats, warped synths, and Yorke's trademark falsetto.

    Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood put together the music for Paul Thomas Anderson's next movie, "Inherent Vice," which is out now. The soundtrack features original Greenwood compositions, an unreleased Radiohead track and a Neil Young tune. It will be released tomorrow, Dec. 16, via Nonesuch Records, "Consequence of Sound" reports.The soundtrack marks the third collaboration between Greenwood and Anderson. The pair teamed up for 2007's "There Will Be Blood" and 2012's "The Master."
