While women seem to have come pouring out of the woodwork to make allegations against Bill Cosby, for the most part he has stayed tight-lipped. Obviously his legal team has advised him that it is probably in his best interest not to comment, but last Friday Cosby spoke with a Page Six reporter and in the matter of just a few words attempted to play the race card.Cosby has requested that, in spite of all the allegations, the media do their job and remain neutral while covering this scandal and its daily updates. Apparently, Cosby does not expect the majority of the press to be able to do that, as he said, "Let me say this. I only expect the black media to uphold the standards of excellence in journalism and when you do that you have to go in with a neutral mind."It is more than a little bit ironic that Cosby opted to make a statement that would separate journalists by color, especially at this point in time when racial tensions are perhaps at an all-time high thanks to high-profile cases in Ferguson, Missouri, and New York City. Cosby knew what he was tapping into when making that statement, and it also links to a bigger issue that is playing out in the form of protests all over the country. -
Bill Cosby's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Vandalized with Graffiti - LAPD Begins Investigation Starting at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion
It seems like not a day goes by when we aren't hearing some new nugget about the ongoing accusations of sexual misconduct against Bill Cosby. Just yesterday, we learned that Judy Huth, the woman who alleges that Cosby molested her when she was only 15 years old back in 1974, actually went and filed a police report. While the statute of limitations in her case may ultimately be up, what this does is open the door for a full investigation, something that the LAPD is ready to do, hopefully starting with some help from Hugh Hefner. -
Lisa Bonet Posts Cryptic Tweet About Bill Cosby Scandal -- Calls Situation "Karma"
Last night (Nov. 21), a Twitter account that appears to be that of Lisa Bonet's (but remains unverified by Twitter) posted a tweet that simply said: "According to the karma of past actions, one's destiny unfolds, even though everyone wants to be so lucky... Nothing stays in the dark 4ever!" -
CNN's Don Lemon Apologizes for Insensitive Comments Insinuating That Cosby Accuser Joan Tarshis Could Have Prevented Sexual Assault
CNN anchor Don Lemon found out just how easy it is to fall from grace last night. He was fortunate enough to have scored a sit-down interview with Joan Tarshis, one of the 14 women who have accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault, and rather than handle the issue with a certain level of sensitivity, he ended up infuriating viewers. Tarshis claims to have stayed quiet for decades because she was embarrassed and ashamed of what reportedly happened to her and this week is the first time she has ever spoken publicly about her unwanted encounter with Cosby. -
NBC Puts the Brakes on New Bill Cosby Comedy Series After Netflix Shelves Special That Was Scheduled to Begin Streaming Next Week
It has been a devastating day for business in the life of comedic legend Bill Cosby. In the last several days he has watched as several old rape claims against him have been met in the media by a new rash of claims from women who have now gone on the record to tell their own alleged personal accounts of suffering at his hands. At first, Cosby's attorney simply denied that his client had done anything wrong and then insisted these old claims were baseless. But by late last night things shifted when the self-proclaimed world's first supermodel, Janice Dickinson, said Cosby had raped her back in 1982. Cosby's attorney came out swinging, but it was too late to save two new projects he has been working on.First, Netflix announced that it is shelving a special show Cosby had already filmed for it. It was scheduled to begin streaming next week and it is now on hold. If Cosby somehow pulls out of this scandal with his career at all intact, then there is a chance Netflix will show his special. Unfortunately, that is not going to be the case for Cosby's other deal.NBC was working on a new Cosby project that would have been executive produced by "The Cosby Show's" Tom Werner. In it, Cosby was supposed to star as Jonathan Franklin, head of a multigenerational family, who would use his humor and life experience to guide his daughters, sons-in-law and grandkids. It kind of sounded like an updated spin on the formula that worked so well 25 years ago. Unfortunately, it will never see the light of day because NBC has killed it completely. -
Latest Bill Cosby Accuser Joan Tarshis Gives Graphic Details That Mirror Those of Other Women in New Interview
The last few weeks have not been good for Bill Cosby as new allegations have been made against the actor who has built an entire career on his wholesome image. An entire generation was raised on Cosby's portrayal of Dr. Cliff Huxtable and his peddling Pudding Pops during commercial breaks. Now, this same man is being painted as a serial rapist by at least 13 different woman who, at least up until now, have never met.Last week, a former teen actress named Barbara Bowman penned an editorial in "The Washington Post," accusing Cosby of drugging and raping her back in the 1980s. Yesterday, Joan Tarshis decided that it was her turn to speak up and tell CNN in an exclusive interview of what allegedly happened to her more than 30 years ago. Tarshis tells a story similar to what all of Cosby's other Jane Doe's have told authorities: She claims to have been drugged and raped by Cosby on more than one occasion. -
Bill Cosby Is Doing Damage Control, Refuses to Discuss Revived Rape Allegations
Bill Cosby has spent a decade defending himself against allegations made by various women. While the comedian has prided himself on having a fairly wholesome image with generations remembering him primarily as Dr. Huxtable, when not peddling Pudding Pops, a more sinister side has been alleged. In the last week or so, rumors again have begun swirling about Cosby potentially drugging and raping women with one of his accusers, Barbara Bowman, speaking out again. While Cosby has been outspoken in the past, vehemently denying that he has ever put an inappropriate hand on any woman, this time around he has chosen to let his legal team do all the damage control.According to a report by TMZ, his attorney came out swinging, saying, "Over the last several weeks, decade-old, discredited allegations against Mr. Cosby have resurfaced. The fact that they are being repeated does not make them true. Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment. He would like to thank all his fans for the outpouring of support and assure them that, at age 77, he is doing his best work." -

CeeLo Green Deletes Twitter Account Following Rape Comments: ‘People Who Have Really Been Raped Remember’
Now that CeeLo Green has pled no contest to drugging a woman via ecstasy back in 2012 without her consent, it seems The Voice star is trying to stay out of the spotlight a little bit.
