    Khloé Kardashian may not be divorced from Lamar Odom yet, but apparently she does have every intention of making sure that it happens. We recently told you that Odom has never formally answered his wife's petition for divorce and that the case has been sitting for more than a year. If someone does not file something within the next month, then the whole petition can be dismissed from the court due to inactivity. Kardashian is not going to let that happen.According to a report by TMZ, she has tried in vain to get Odom to have a meeting so both sides can sit down and iron out the details of the divorce once and for all. It is something he does not want to do because Odom has never really wanted the divorce in the first place.Because so much time has passed without a formal response, Kardashian can go ahead and file a request for a default divorce. Sources close to the reality star were not sure if she was going to actually do that, but now it seems Kardashian is ready to take whatever steps necessary to divorce her ex.

After being spotted on the ski slopes, Teresa was later spotted doing Fireball shots with a few friends. Sources claim that while the star was determined to have a good time, there were definitely moments in the trip where she appeared quite uneasy.While the judge who sentenced Teresa to 15 months in prison allowed her to begin serving her time after the holidays, purposely giving her more time with her four kids, that is not going to really make things easier on her in the long run. The build-up in the press before Teresa's incarceration has likely weighed heavily on her whole family.
