    Taylor Swift is once again getting personal with fans. As previously reported, Swift recently revealed that her mother had been diagnosed with cancer. So when one of her Swifties wrote a note about how Swift's music got her through the death of her mother, the 1989 singer comforted her with a letter of her own, which is now going viral on Tumblr.

    Taylor Swift is prepping for the release of her new "Bad Blood" music video by getting some help from her very famous BFFs. Earlier this week, she announced the latest 1989 single officially by showing off her own "Catastrophe" character and in subsequent Instagram posts, Swift has revealed that Lily Aldridge, Zendaya and Paramore singer Hayley Williams will be joining her deadly squad in the new clip.

    The Zac Brown Band found itself on top of the Billboard 200 for the third time with its new album 'Jekyll + Hyde.' Although it wasn't the group's biggest sales week (that goes to its last record, 'Uncaged') but it still managed to move 228,000 equivalent albums. The band has also been busy away from album sales, topping both the Country Airplay Chart and the Mainstream Rock Songs charts with different songs from the album. The only other act in Nielsen history to hit that mark was Bon Jovi.

    Taylor Swift kicked off her 1989 World Tour in Tokyo earlier this morning (at least for us on the other side of the world) at the Tokyo Dome in front of a 55,000-plus sold-out crowd. The set mostly consisted of songs from her latest effort, however, some old fan favorites such as "I Knew You Were Trouble" and a rock version of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" also made the cut. Some of Swift's friends including Lena Dunham, Selena Gomez, HAIM, Karlie Kloss and Cara Delevingne even made onscreen cameos during the concert.
