Stevie Nicks was supposed to take the stage in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and many fans were already in line to watch the musician perform her classic hits.

However, the music event was canceled at the last minute because of one of the band member's health condition.

In a message shared by the venue, it was confirmed that the singer will no longer perform at the Hersheypark Stadium as the statement reads, "Regrettably, due to illness in the band, tonight's performance is being postponed. Please hold on to your tickets. A new date will be announced soon."

Not everyone took the announcement lightly, as people were already around the venue when the event was canceled, and many took to social media to express their disappointment.

"Was in line waiting for fours to open and wow last second cancellation!!! Over 1 hour to get out of parking lot!! Next time maybe not such last second!!" one wrote.

"How about you help us get out of this place I drove two hours for a cancelled concert and I've been stuck in here for over an hour?!?!!!?! I just want to leave this stupid park and go home," another one wrote.

"Ticketmaster did not email me about the cancellation until 7:30 pm! THATS not right," one expressed.

One user was disappointed because they spent a lot of money on tickets and hotel accommodation only for the concert to be canceled. They wrote, "I'm so heartbroken over this. It's a dream of mine to finally see her live. We spent over $800 on tickets plus hotel and travel just for it to be canceled as we walked in."

As of this writing, Stevie Nicks has yet to share an official statement regarding the matter. It's also unclear which band member suffers from an "illness."

The musician has only two remaining dates for her tour in North America, which includes the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids on June 18 and Soldier Field in Chicago on June 21, 2024. It appears that these shows will continue as planned, as there have been no announcements about a possible cancellation.

Following this, Nicks will take a short break before going to Europe for shows in Belgium, Antwerp, the Netherlands, Glasgow, Manchester, and many more.

More information about the singer's upcoming shows is available on her official website.
