Justin Timberlake was in the middle of touring when he was arrested in New York for DWI-related charges. More recently, it has been revealed that his court date will coincide with his concert in Europe; how will he be able to attend the hearing?
According to People magazine, the musician is set to appear in court on July 26, which is the same day as his Forget Tomorrow World Tour concert in Kraków, Poland.
Fortunately for the singer, he doesn't have to cancel his show to attend as the outlet revealed that the hearing will be virtual and his lawyer will be the one to represent him in court rather than the singer.

The recent news comes after police stopped the 43-year-old musician after he left the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. At the time, he was driving his 2025 gray BMW.
The "Mirrors" hitmaker was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for running a stop sign.
Court documents stated that the singer claimed he only drank "one martini" that night and followed his friends home, but he refused to take a breathalyzer thrice.
A sobriety test was later conducted, but he failed.

Regardless, an insider told Page Six that the singer was cooperative and didn't show any entitlement.
"He was a gentleman... He didn't show any entitlement at all. He did refuse the tests, but that is his right," the source noted.
The policeman who stopped him also appeared to have not recognized, and the singer then commented about his ongoing concerts, saying, "this is going to ruin the tour."
According to a source who spoke with the outlet, the musician was "wasted" before he was arrested, and at one point, he even grabbed a drink from a stranger who went to the bathroom.
"When [the man] came back, [Timberlake] was drinking his drink... The guy goes, 'Justin, that's my drink!'" the insider said.
It seems like the singer's arrest won't hinder any of his concerts as he didn't cancel any appearances over the next few months.
He is set to perform at the United Center in Chicago, IL, for the first time since his arrest on June 21, 2024. More details about his upcoming shows are available on his official website.
