Over-indulgent fast food goers have become habituated to the speedy production and simplicity of restaurants like McDonalds, Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken--the next big complaint concerns why these places can't just deliver. Well-thanks to Postmates, Chipotle is now one step ahead of the competition.
The new collaboration allows Chipotle workers to bring meals and most importantly, guacamole, straight to your front stoop without ever having to change out of sweatpants to enter the real world.
"There have been a lot of people that have been delivering Chipotle through various services over the years," chief creative officer Mark Crumpacker said, notes Re/Code. "And we've tried to in a lot of cases shut them down, because we weren't sure whether the quality was going to be sufficient or whether they were following our rules. This is different because we've made an official deal with Postmates and they have been delivering Chipotle for quite a while, too."
In over 50 metro-city areas in the U.S. and other countries, orders can be placed through the Postmates website or app to relieve your severe burrito bowl craving. The delivery company has previous experience delivering Starbucks and Chipotle, although they never had official permission from the popular chain restaurant, reports MTV news.

Bastain Lehmann, CEO of Postmates, announced on twitter that his company delivers $500,000 worth of Chiptole since the new-year commenced. Although a delivery service may seem like a first-world dream come true, the company has recently seen departure with its COO. Prices are still being negotiated but as of now, $20 bucks is what it takes for an $8 burrito dressed in foil to arrive on your doorstep.
Chipotle won't lead the pack for long, Taco Bell is also debuting plans to join the delivery crusades.
