Kellie Pickler is ready to say farewell to the Nashville home she shared with her late husband, Kyle Jacobs.

Property records show that they purchased the Tudor-style house in January 2010, just before their marriage.

Tragically, it was the same place where Kyle passed away due to suicide in February.

Kellie Pickler Sells Home

According to TMZ, the 4,865 square feet home is available through The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage for the asking price of $2.89 million.

Occupying four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the house offers an excellent opportunity for any potential buyer. Gary Ashton holds the listing.

Among the luxuries featured in this lavish abode are a three-car garage, a comfy front porch seating area, a poolside screened-in patio and an expansive yard.

In 2008, Pickler and Jacobs began their relationship, leading to a surprise wedding three years later.

Recently, the "American Idol" alum released her statement about the heartbreaking passing of her husband in February.

"One of the most beautiful lessons my husband taught me was in a crisis, if you don't know what to do, 'do nothing, just be still,'" Kellie Pickler said. "I have chosen to heed his advice."

"Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters for the countless letters, calls, and messages you have sent my way," the Sirius XM radio DJ continued. "It has touched my soul, helping me get through the darkest time. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers."

Kyle Jacobs Honored

In September, a tribute to the late musician Kyle Jacobs was held in his honor at Franklin First UMC in Tennessee.

Hundreds of people showed up for the "Celebration of Life" service, which friends and family had planned to honor Kyle's desires. An intimate memorial ceremony was also set to occur later in the fall.

Kyle Jacobs Cause of Death

The Davidson County Medical Examiner recently declared that singer-songwriter Lee Jacobs took his own life, with the toxicology report finding no drugs in his body at the time.

Most notably, Kyle penned Garth Brooks' Hot Country Songs chart-topper "More Than a Memory." E News reported this news.

Taste of Country, who had a copy of the autopsy report, found that Kyle Jacobs had a medical history consisting of "pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic alcohol use."
