• A$AP Rocky Premieres New Single "M's" From 'At.Long.Last.A$AP' [LISTEN]

A$AP Rocky just premiered a new single "M's," presumed to be one on his upcoming album 'At.Long.Last.A$AP' today, April 8, on the London leg of the Red Bull Music Academy after he gave a talk. The Da Honorable C.N.O.T.E.- and Mike Dean-produced single has the making of another hit from Rocky, with its haunting synths and horns, sitting on top of a crisp bass line with snare rolls. Rocky employs his deep voice distortion effectively as echoes, while he raps about the pursuit of getting M's, or millions. As one might expect, the track made its way onto the Web and you can hear the rip below.
  • Junk Mail: Matt and Kim 'New Glow' Album Review

This week, like most weeks, is really dragging for me. But Matt and Kim's new album New Glow kind of helped me pep up this morning and get to work. As far as I'm aware, this is a band that's always been infectiously peppy, maybe almost annoyingly so. But, it worked to jump-start my day. The first song, "Hey Now" is such a blast of energy. It's pretty much as effective as coffee.

The pair keep the soft piano and electric guitar riffs from the original that have helped make it a hit and added their own words to the track.

Rand Paul has announced his candidacy for president during the 2016 election, making him the second member of the Republican Party to throw his name into the ring. The first was Texas Senator Ted Cruz, who came out several weeks prior to the Kentucky politician. Music Times gathered together five connections between Cruz and music, and we admit that several of them were tenuous at best. Senator Paul is a different story however. The candidate has dealt with Mark Ronson, Rush and South by Southwest 2015 in recent years.

  • Ludacris Releases "Beast Mode" Music Video Starring Marshawn Lynch [WATCH]

Ludacris has released the music video for the first single "Beast Mode" from his recent artist album 'Ludaversal.' The visuals start off with the "Roll Out" rapper at a press conference fielding ridiculous questions like "Do you still have a midget hanging from your necklace," referencing his 2003 track "Stand Up" and if he has an illegitimate child, an attack on tabloid media. He is joined at the press conference by Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who happens to be nicknamed "Beast Mode" and has a strong dislike for the media and press conferences.
