A South Carolina police officer has been charged for murder in the death of Scott who was unarmed when he was gunned down by Officer Michael T. Slager.

On Tuesday (April 7), the GOP candidate for Commander-in-Chief released a campaign video featuring the John Rich song "Shuttin' Down Detroit," and the uncleared song automatically got pulled from YouTube.

    Mariah Carey is planning to make her presence during the holidays even bigger. According to 'Deadline,' New Line Cinema recently purchased a Christmas movie that has the singer attached in the lead role. Brett Ratner's RatPac Entertainment pitched the project, and writers David Diamond and David Weissman will work out the script. It would be fair to assume that Carey's 1994 classic "All I Want for Christmas Is You" will be involved somehow.

Beth Stelling, Chase Bernstein and Dave Ross are just a few of the performers who will provide the laughs this year.
