Gwen Stefani and Bush singer Gavin Rossdale have finally reached a divorce settlement, which has been difficult considering their lack of a prenuptial agreement. While Rossdale is legally entitled to a 50/50 split due to there being no pre-existing agreement of assets, he has agreed to an unequal split in the divorce so that Stefani can retain more of the funds accrued during their marriage.
