• NFL Officials Fist Bump After Touchdown, Players Question Fairness of Calls

The Buffalo Bills were upset with the referees Sunday, Dec. 7, after their comeback fell short in a 24-17 loss to the Denver Broncos. Following the game, multiple Bills players questioned the legitimacy of the officiating."It definitely felt like it was about 16 on 11," running back Anthony Dixon told ESPN. "But we can't make that an excuse. We did some things that we shouldn't have did. We can't be selfish like that. There were a couple selfish penalties by a couple of guys. We got to cut that out."Defensive back Nickell Robey was also pretty salty."Very frustrating," Robey said. "We understand that it's Denver. We understand that they are the AFC champions and all that other stuff. But at the end of the day, you have to call the game how it's supposed to be called. Some things just could have gone our way but they didn't. But I guess that's what happens when you're in someone else's territory."
  • Angelina Jolie Is Rumored to Be Starving Herself to Stay Thin Again

Angelina Jolie has been earning rave reviews for her dedicated work on "Unbroken." The star recently admitted that she has enjoyed directing so much that it is likely that she will be trading her time in front of the camera for a spot behind it in the next phase of her career. Her work in chronicling Louis Zamperini's life as he went from an Olympic-level athlete to a POW has been considered Oscar-worthy, and the actors who she directed have offered up nothing but praise for her. They have also mentioned the fact that Jolie ate little and lost weight while working on the film. This little detail has caused the usual rash of insinuations in the press that Jolie has some food issues that flare up when she is under stress. It is not the first time we have heard the whispers and it is unlikely to be the last, either. She is the kind of A-list celebrity who ends up having her every move over-analyzed. Before hooking up with Brad Pitt and having six children, Jolie was known for her wild ways and a lot of unhealthy habits. Perhaps not eating enough is one of the few that has stuck.
  • Debbie Allen Is Struggling to Believe the Allegations that Have Been Made Against Her Good Friend Bill Cosby

As more allegations of sexual misconduct are leveled against Bill Cosby on almost a daily basis, his supporters seem to be scattering. That makes the people who are still firmly planted in his corner a bit more noteworthy. Debbie Allen has long been affiliated with the actor, and while promoting her new BET special "The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker," she weighed in on the whole scandal, admitting that she finds the allegations "hard to believe" because of the man she has believed Cosby to be.Allen recently discussed her thoughts with "Today's" Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee, explaining:"I don't think we can have this conversation honestly in two minutes. It begs to ask a bigger question. Where's the moral spine in America and in the world today? Because how are we raising our daughters, our sons? Where are we looking for the guidance of how we're supposed to live? Cosby gave us one of the greatest shows in history and redefined the perception of black people all over the world."At the same time, I'm a part of One Billion Rising. This is a movement for women to stand up against violence and denigration of women. This is a tough situation, and it's just hard to believe. I don't know. I think that so much time has passed before they all have kind of have come together ... there's a big question that my mother asks me every day, 'Why now? Why are these people trying to destroy his legacy?'"

  • Kirk Cameron's 'Saving Christmas' Has Been Named the Worst Movie Ever by IMDB

Kirk Cameron has managed to reach an impressive new low. His latest film, "Saving Christmas," has just been listed as the worst movie of all time by IMDB's users. The film has garnered an average rating of 1.5 out of 10 stars, and to put it in proper perspective, "From Justin to Kelly" — that notoriously bad flick starring the "American Idol" finalists from the first season — is actually 22 places higher than "Saving Christmas" on the list! While the film's ratings are in the toilet, it is still generating tons of buzz — enough to have extended its initial two-week run. Cameron also announced on his Facebook page that 100 new theaters were going to begin showing "Saving Christmas" this week. The actor caught quite a bit of bad press recently for making some really sweeping statements regarding a woman's role during the holidays.Cameron suggested that since it is a woman's job to set the tone of this most joyous time of the year, she should focus on baking cookies, decorating and being happy no matter what.
  • American Photojournalist Luke Somers Killed in Ill-Fated Rescue Attempt by US Forces in Yemen

Freedom for American photojournalist Luke Somers was so close but apparently not meant to be. The 33-year-old was kidnapped a little more than a year ago in Yemen and was shown in a videotape earlier this week asking for the U.S. to meet al-Qaida militants's demands or else he would be killed. Apparently, our government believed that Somers's death was imminent, so early Saturday, Dec. 6, it made an attempt to rescue him. Sources said U.S. soldiers were only about 100 yards from Somers and another hostage that he was held with, Pierre Korkie of South Africa, when a militant quickly shot them both.New details in the failed mission have come out this morning, Dec. 7, explaining that about 40 American special operations forces were involved in the top-secret mission. They were backed up by Yemeni ground forces and only about 100 yards from the compound where Somers and Korkie were held before being spotted by militants.
  • Peaceful Protest Over Eric Garner's Chokehold Death Turns Violent in California

Thousands of protestors met up in big cities across the country yesterday for a fourth day of making their displeasure with law enforcement in NYC and Ferguson, Missouri known. Nearly two weeks ago Darren Wilson walked away indictment-free in the Ferguson shooting death of Michael Brown. This past weeks' decision of a grand jury not to indict Daniel Pantaleo in the Staten Island chokehold death of Eric Garner took things to a completely different level. After the video of Garner's saying that he couldn't breath moments before dying hit the internet most people expect some charges to stick to Pantaleo. When they didn't it prompted people that normally don't get involved to speak up and rally for change. The majority of the protests have been peaceful with the exception of one in California last night.
  • Hugh Hefner Distances Himself from 'Good Friend' Bill Cosby Amid Allegations of Sexual Molestation Occurring at the Playboy Mansion

Whether Bill Cosby is guilty or innocent almost does not matter when it comes to his career. His name has already been tarnished enough that even longtime affiliates are taking three big steps back from the actor just in case he really did sexually assault more than two dozen women.Last week, Judy Huth not only accused Cosby of molesting her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, but she actually filed a police report. The statute of limitations will make it impossible for the actor to face any legal repercussions, but it does light a fire under the Los Angeles Police Department to investigate and, in doing so, it could possibly unearth other, much younger victims. For a long time Cosby called Hugh Hefner one of his best friends and it did not take the Playboy mogul long to respond to Huth's allegations.Apparently, Hefner wants to make sure that everyone understands that if anything criminal occurred at the mansion, it certainly was not OK with him.
