Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival has announced the dates and ticketing information for its eight annual edition in the New York City borough. BEMF will return to Brooklyn in 2015 on Nov. 6 and 7, taking over 10 venues across Williamsburg. Though the event is in November and no lineup has been announced yet, blind early bird tickets are on sale now for $90. -

Kaskade, real name Ryan Raddon, has unveiled the third single from his new album Automatic. "We Don't Stop" is special because it features live vocals from Raddon, something he experimented with on his last album Atmosphere with the title track. It is good to see the producer, DJ and singer get back behind the mic. He has also unveiled the tracklist for Automatic, which features a cast of lesser known singers like Tamra Keenan, Ilsey and Scott Shepard. It also features several fellow producers such as CID, Galantis on their collaboration "Mercy" and the previously released "A Little More" with John Dahlbäck. -
Kanye West Replaces Frank Ocean At FYF Fest This Weekend

The channel ORANGE singer has canceled his performance at FYF Fest "on his own terms" according to a statement from the festival at the very last minute and will be replaced by a worthy headliner in Kanye West. The Weeknd "The Madness" North American Tour Announced
The Weeknd has announced a 22-date fall North American tour in support of his upcoming album Beauty Behind The Madness. The tour will take over arenas all over North America, kicking off in his home city of Toronto on Nov. 3 at the Air Canada Centre. The tour will span a month and half ending in sunny Miami on Dec. 19 at the American Airlines Arena. The "Can't Feel My Face" crooner will be joined on the road by Banks and Travi$ Scott. -

The N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton has been a blockbuster success, pulling in a cool 56.1 million on the opening weekend at the box office. The film has been heralded by fans and critics alike, but there have been a few omissions or factual inaccuracies that have made headlines. Possibly the most glaring was Dr. Dre's abusive relationship with hip-hop reporter Dee Barnes, which was glossed over in the film, as well as his other alleged incidents of violence towards women. Barnes has spoken out about the incident and now the original script has leaked with a scene featuring Dre's abuse of Barnes. -
Run The Jewels, Pussy Riot Playing Banksy's Dismaland Theme Park
Anonymous street artist Bansky has become something of a cultural icon and he is using his cache to build a brand new theme park in the UK called Dismaland. The 2.5 acre park is located on the seafront site of a derelict location in Weston-super-Mare. In addition to the various art installations scattered around the park, there will be live musical guests each Friday night going until 1 a.m., plus DJs every Saturday night. Among those who have been booked so far are Run The Jewels, Massive Attack, Pussy Riot and Kate Tempest. -
