The event is put on to show off the best the Internet has to offer in terms of short and long cat videos of all shapes and sizes while also benefiting charity and inspiring others to adopt adorable little kitties. One of the people who will be a special guest next week at the Just for Cats 2015 film festival is Canadian producer and DJ deadmau5, who is a public cat owner himself and flaunts his two felines on the Web quite frequently.

    A$AP Rocky just premiered a new single "M's," presumed to be one on his upcoming album 'At.Long.Last.A$AP' today, April 8, on the London leg of the Red Bull Music Academy after he gave a talk. The Da Honorable C.N.O.T.E.- and Mike Dean-produced single has the making of another hit from Rocky, with its haunting synths and horns, sitting on top of a crisp bass line with snare rolls. Rocky employs his deep voice distortion effectively as echoes, while he raps about the pursuit of getting M's, or millions. As one might expect, the track made its way onto the Web and you can hear the rip below.

    Ludacris has released the music video for the first single "Beast Mode" from his recent artist album 'Ludaversal.' The visuals start off with the "Roll Out" rapper at a press conference fielding ridiculous questions like "Do you still have a midget hanging from your necklace," referencing his 2003 track "Stand Up" and if he has an illegitimate child, an attack on tabloid media. He is joined at the press conference by Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who happens to be nicknamed "Beast Mode" and has a strong dislike for the media and press conferences.

The latest cut from the mixtape "Heaven Only Knows" features Chance, Norwegian producer Lido and Chicago-based singer Eryn Allen Kane.

The title comes as Young Thug and Lil Wayne's beef becomes more protracted with Weezy's 'Tha Carter V' stuck in legal purgatory -- Exhibit A in the $51 million lawsuit leveled at Birdman and Cash Money Records that was recently moved to New Orleans.     Los Angeles rapper The Game -- real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor -- is reportedly being sued by a cop after an altercation at a pickup basketball game that allegedly led to the "Hate It or Love It" rapper punching the police officer in the head. The officer, who was off duty at the time -- not like these Philadelphia policemen -- alleged that the altercation may have caused brain damage.

    Dillon Francis and DJ Snake's single "Get Low" just got a hip-hop remix from hot up-and-comers Rae Sremmurd. The pair wisely implored listeners to be kind to each other, saying in their measured tempo "don't throw shade, throw parties" before shrilly speeding things up as the track crescendos into the drop.

Gucci has released his new mixtape 'Trap House 5 (The Final Chapter),' suggesting he is retiring the Trap House series. The mixtape is largely just an exposé of Guwop trap music, but he does bring on some of his favorite collaborators, including Chief Keef, Young Thug and Peewee Longway.

    American pop singer, songwriter and model Sky Ferreira has unveiled, purposely or not, the title to her long-awaited second album, Masochism. The LP acts as the follow up to her critically acclaimed 2013 debut studio album Night Time, My Time. She has been touring constantly since then, including heading out with Miley Cyrus support on her 2014 "Bangerz Tour", continuing despite having to get 60 stitches in her shin after falling at a show in Anaheim.

  • Kaskade Becomes Official OUR Rescue Ambassador, Announces Benefit Concert

    Kaskade, whose real name is Ryan Raddon, has announced a new partnership that is not some soda deal or new clothing line, but rather a worthy charitable organization. The "Atmosphere" DJ has teamed up with Operation Underground Railroad -- or OUR -- Rescue to become an official ambassador for the cause, which saves children sold into slavery as sex slaves, laborers or anything else. Kaskade announced his new ambassadorship on Twitter, also including that he would be involved with the benefit after-party. He has also announced a benefit concert.
