    Kid Rock's 10th studio album, "First Kiss," is due in February with a summer tour set to follow. Foreigner bassist Jeff Pilson recently said the group will hit the road with the Detroit artist as the support act. Rock also released the cover art and tracklist for the album as well, Ultimate Classic Rock noted.Pilson echoed Rock's recent sentiments that live shows are the future of the music business."The future is a lot of touring," he said. "We're gonna go out with Kid Rock this summer, which will be really interesting. I think that's going to expose us to a different audience that I think is gonna be shocked at how much they enjoy us — which I always love doing. That's the best kind of tour to do."Foreigner is currently promoting a new album, "The Best of Foreigner 4 & More," which is a mix of classic tunes and live versions.

This year will be bigger than ever, with more than five hours of music planned, featuring acts like Taylor Swift, One Direction and Elton John. The pair dished on what they are looking forward to the most tomorrow night, Dec. 31, during a press conference."I think there are two incredible live moments that we're going to have here in New York. One is Taylor Swift celebrating the incredible year that she's had, live," Seacrest said, "Billboard" noted. "And then we're going out to Barclays Center [in Brooklyn] to Elton John, who will be standing by. This show has been going for decades, and this is the first time he's been on our show, so that's exciting for us."McCarthy added, "The fact that we've got so many artists this year makes it feel like it will be the best year yet. At rehearsals yesterday, the producers said, 'Without a doubt, this is our favorite show.'"Florida Georgia Line, Idina Menzel, MAGIC!, Iggy Azalea, Charli XCX, Meghan Trainor, Lady Antebellum and Gavin DeGraw are also set to perform.

    Fandango recently released a few lists that predict what fans want to see and which actors they are going to love in 2015. "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" tops the list of the most-anticipated movies of the new year, while Robert Downey Jr. and Jennifer Lawrence take first place for the fan favorite actor and actress for their upcoming releases. "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and "Jurassic World" also made the list, "The Hollywood Reporter" noted.J.J. Abrams is at the helm of the seventh "Star Wars" installment, which will feature actors like Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher from the original films. Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis and Adam Driver will also star in the film, which hits theaters in a year.Fans are also excited for other sequels, like the final "Hunger Games" and second "Avengers" movies. "Jurassic World," a reboot of "Jurassic Park," rounds out the top five.Jamie Dornan got the nod for biggest male breakout star for his role in "Fifty Shades of Grey."     SZA is readying her debut album "A," but she has had plenty of other projects to keep her busy. The most impressive feat was penning Nicki Minaj's new track "Feeling Myself" featuring Beyoncé. The songstress told swaysuniverse.com that the gig just happened, but she is glad it did."Yeah, I wrote parts of that. A nice chunk of that [laughs], I'm on the credits so I think it's really interesting. It was dope meeting Beyoncé, she's tight, she's perfect, actually," she said."Literally like on God it was something I could never explain to anyone," she added. "The call just got put in and then I arrived [laughs], I have no idea. Hit-Boy produced and I wrote the lyrics so Nicki [Minaj] and Beyoncé are singing some of the things that I wrote to it. But him [Hit-Boy] and I just work really well together like we vibe together just because he's such a cool kid. He's not pretentious at all, for as accomplished as he is he's just super welcoming and drinks like chocolate milk all day, honestly the nicest kid."The singer, aka Solana Rowe, went on to outline her first album, which follows up EPs "S" and "Z."

    Slash and his wife, Perla Hudson, have reportedly separated after 13 years of marriage. Sources told TMZ that Perla flew to Hawaii with the couple's sons London and Cash, telling the Guns N' Roses guitarist that they need to work out their problems. Perla hasn't filed for an official separation, but that's what the rocker's wife is calling the split.

    Suge Knight had an interesting interview recently with TMZ in which he discussed his New Year's resolutions, Lil Wayne and Drake. He also mentioned Tupac Shakur. The video is a little unsettling considering the former Death Row Records CEO seems to be making some threats. Hopefully, Suge was just joking, but he does not strike me as one who likes to laugh.Suge is sporting a festive sweater in the video below, puffing on his signature cigar. The most surprising part of the interview is that the Black Kapital Records head would even talk to TMZ — which has caught him in some unflattering moments before. But he does, and the results are chilling."I'm gonna make sure everybody gets their justice," he says after a brief pause. "It's a year for getting even."He does not elaborate on that, but it probably has something to do with Suge getting shot at Chris Brown's pre-VMA party in August. But he said it was not important who shot him, so who knows?"I don't think that's really important, who pulled the trigger and who I seen pulled the trigger," Knight told TMZ in a previous interview. "I think that I'm doing extremely well.     The rambunctious boys of Deer Tick decided to celebrate their 10th anniversary in style, forgoing a straightforward celebration and opting for shows where they play covers by their favorite artists. The band kicked things off the day after Christmas with NRBQ's "Tiddlywinks" followed by Lou Reed's "Transformer." They used the midpoint of their Brooklyn Bowl residency to pay homage to The Beatles by playing the group's second record, "Meet the Beatles!," with the help of Tommy Stinson of The Replacements, Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes and James Felice of The Felice Brothers."Rolling Stone" reviewed the gig, which had John McCauley screaming on classics like "It Won't Be Long" and "Till There Was You." Goldsmith joined in on "Don't Bother Me," Felice busted out the accordion on "Little Child," and Stinson hit the stage for what had to be a rowdy version of "I Wanna Be Your Man." AC/DC would certainly liven up the show.Last year, Paul McCartney, Metallica and Daft Punk were just a few of the performers to take the stage at the Grammys. McCartney and Ringo Starr were honored at a separate show highlighting The Beatles's 50th anniversary of playing "The Ed Sullivan Show."U2's "Songs of Innocence" was given away to iTunes users in September. The band partnered with Apple for the surprise release. Bono and the boys released a limited vinyl edition of the album for sale later, making the effort eligible for the Grammys.

    Christina Aguilera's relationship with her former boss, Mickey Mouse, has hit a rough patch. While visiting Disney's California Adventure amusement park recently, the pop star reportedly had some choice words for the iconic cartoon character. The former Mouseketeer called the mascot an "a--hole" when she had to wait to take a picture. She then began hurling threats at Mickey, eventually asking, "Do you know who I am?" At least, that is what TMZ is reporting.Aguilera and her friends rattled off so many threats that Mickey was taken to a safe area. It is also her third album with "pink" in the title."Anaconda" and "Only" hit No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs list — "Anaconda" spent six weeks on top. "Bed of Lies" featuring Skylar Grey and "Feeling Myself" featuring Beyoncé are just now starting to make some moves on the charts.Minaj has been all over the headlines recently for differing reasons. She killed it on "Saturday Night Live" earlier in the month. The rapper has also been involved in a public back-and-forth with ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels.
