Yesterday (Jan. 30), a judge settled a lawsuit between little known singer Ally Burnett and Jepsen and Adam Young (Owl City) with the pronouncement that their 2012 top 10 single "Good Time" was too similar to Burnett's own track "Ah, It's A Love Song." And now they have to pay a hefty fine. -
