Just as Chicago's Labor Day weekend festival, Northcoast Music Festival announced its lineup yesterday; Seattle's Bumbershoot has unveiled a musical billing of its own. The three-day festival, which runs from Saturday to Monday, instead of the typical Friday to Sunday affair, will host a wide variety of artists from across the world of music. Acts like The Weeknd, Hozier, Zedd, Ellie Goulding, Faith No More and Chance The Rapper will all get headlining slots at Bumbershoot. -

Chicago rapper Towkio has released his full mixtape .Wav Theory after sharing several very well received singles from the project over the past few months. A Chicago affair, the mixtape features a whole host of fellow Windy City artists including Chance The Rapper, fellow SAVEMONEY and new Roc Nation signee Vic Mensa and Donnie Trumpet. It reaches outside of the city for production from Kaytranada and even out of the country for Norwegian Lido on "Heaven Only Knows." -

Slayer, The Replacements and Passion Pit will all headline one day of the Converse Rubber Tracks Live music festival in Boston. Chance the Rapper and Decendents will also be on hand along with some openers for each day of the event, which will run from April 27 to May 1. Tickets for the five-night festival go on sale April 20. -

Chance the Rapper has shared on his YouTube channel the music video for his single "Sunday Candy" as part of the four-member group Social Experiment with Donnie Trumpet. The single will be a part of their upcoming album 'Surf,' which fans have been clamoring for since late last year. The video is a playful take on the gospel-influenced track helmed by Social Experiment with Jamila Woods singing the hook. Chance the Rapper becomes Chance the Dance in a musical theater-styled video with constantly moving retro stage designs. Chance and Woods act as the protagonists surrounded by dancers who perform a variety of choreographed moves throughout the nearly four-minute video. Chance joins in on several occasions. The pair brought a soulful rendition of the track to a national TV audience with a full backing band bathed in blue light as Action led the performance in his signature garb of a green chef's robe, shorts, fresh kicks and a black snap-back. Chance joined him onstage to deliver his verse with poise and purpose, firing away at the woman who has menaced them for so long, but still remains dear in their heart. -

Action Bronson's highly anticipated album 'Mr. Wonderful' dropped today, March 23, and fans can stream the effort via Spotify. Chance the Rapper, Big Body Bes and Party Supplies are featured on the album, which was co-produced by Mark Ronson and The Alchemist, among many others. The effort is Bronson's first LP for a major label, coming out on Atlantic's Vice imprint, 'Consequence of Sound' noted.
