    If you thought that Bobby Flay's ongoing divorce from former Law & Order: SVU actress, Stephanie March was ugly, hang on because it is about to get even worse. Supposedly, the celebrity chef had been cheating on March for years with one of his restaurant employees and there have been whispers about him being the biological father of January Jones' son. He also was accused of cheating with fellow Food Network star, Giada De Laurentiis awhile back but at the time those rumors seemed to fade away, in part because they were both married. Now, De Laurentiis is also in the middle of a divorce and she shared a very public dinner with Flay the other night, one that is sure to tick March off.

    Rosie O'Donnell arrived in a New York City courtroom earlier this week ready to do battle with her ex over custody of their adopted 2-year-old but there was a problem, Michelle Rounds was a no-show. Just last week Rounds spoke to the press about O'Donnell's parenting style, claiming that she puts their child at risk by downing a bottle of wine and smoking weed each night. Rounds has filed for sole custody and also has requested that O'Donnell be subjected to random drug testing. Unfortunately, it seems that little was resolved because Rounds opted to sit out the hearing, claiming that the toddler in question was sick.

After a certain amount of time it was certainly within her rights to file for a divorce by default, but Kardashian has never done that. Cases like this can't just hang forever and eventually the original petition can be dismissed and that is exactly what is about to happen here. When faced with the decision to either make a move towards divorce or remain married, for the time being it looks like both Kardashian and Odom are choosing the latter.
