After a decade of ruling the Australian airwaves (and beyond) as host of several Triple J Radio shows, electronic DJ, producer and tastemaker Nina Agzarian, aka Nina Las Vegas, has left the station. For her final Mix Up Exclusives show this weekend, she solicited 30 minute mixes from Diplo, Anna Lunoe, Flight Facilities, Flume, Cashmere Cat, RL Grime, Swick and Levins. The result is a 4-hour long celebration of NLV's lasting influence full of new music (as well as some throwbacks) from each of the guests. Listen to the mix here: -

DJ Mag released the results of its always controversial fan voted DJ mag Top 100 DJ poll on Friday and of course fans, DJs and industry observers came out with their criticism of the poll that was topped by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren and Tiësto, 1-5 respectively. Now the magazine has unveiled the next 50 who were just on the cusp of being named to the top 100, but missed the cut. Among those who fall into that category are Arty, Dada Life, Jamie Jones, Sasha, Marco Carola, TJR, Maceo Plex, Flume, Flosstradamus and many more. -
Anna Lunoe Kicks Off Hyperhouse Tour Dates with Gorgon City, Sleepy Tom, Sliink, & More
Australian bass house producer and DJ, Anna Lunoe, is hitting the road for her HyperHouse tour, a 16-date nationwide run that kicked off at San Diego's 2015 CRSSD Fest this past weekend and will conclude in Detroit in December. As anyone who has caught Lunoe's weekly Beats 1 show via Apple would expect, the artist is stretching her curation muscles by bringing a diverse supporting cast of artists including Gorgon City, REZZ, Sliink, San Holo, Wuki, Aryay, Sleepy Tom, and ATLiens along for the ride. Highly touted Australia-based producer DJ Flume has unveiled his remix for Sam Smith's hit single "Lay Me Down" from his Grammy Award-winning album 'In the Lonely Hour.' Flume flips the heartfelt piano ballad on its head with a distinctly Australian electronic instrumental. He kicks it off with his stuttering pitched synth stabs before introducing haunting chords over an alternating bass line with Sam Smith's voice crooning until the glitchy and high-pitched drop. -

Stop the presses -- What So Not have unveiled a brand new track "Gemini" with the help of their Future Classic running mate, Australian singer, songwriter George Maple. "Gemini" is the lead single from the duo's upcoming EP, which is the final chapter in the pair's time together as Flume departs from What So Not and leaves it in the capable hands of Chris Emoh Emerson, known professionally as Emoh Instead. The track is the perfect collaboration between What So Not and rising vocal talent as her serene voice floats across a piano build with soft drums gracefully cresendoes into a myriad of synths, snare rolls and fxs. Electric Forest Addresses Rumors of Beetle Infestation in Sherwood Forest
Festivals normally are subject to all sorts of outside pressures like potential low ticket sales, trouble with the law or bad weather, but Michigan-based EDM festival, Electric Forest, is fighting a different battle with Mother Nature. Taking place on the Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, Michigan, the festival grounds are situated in a large wooded area, known as Sherwood Forest. According to a reddit poster, the forest is under attack by the Red Pine Beetle and organizers had contacted local foresters in attempt to quell the infestation, but Electric Forest wants fans to know their favorite forest is healthy for now. -

Holy Ship! just wrapped up its second weekend equipped with an unannounced visit from Kaskade who returned the favor to Skrillex for a surprise back-to-back set on the ship. With the dust still settling, Gary Richards, Hard, The Bowery Presents and Cloud 9 Adventures have not wasted any time locking down the dates for the two 2016 voyages.
