Katy Perry has spread holiday cheer this year, sending a card to a young burn victim residing in Rotterdam, New York. The "Firework" singer listened to a holiday wish from 8-year-old Safyre Terry, who had hoped for Christmas cards to decorate her card tree. She wished for one from Perry to be the crowning jewel. 8-year-old Terry is a burn victim, with severe scars from a fire that both her father and siblings died in back in 2013. More than just Perry reached out to Safyre and she ended up with upwards of a million cards. In addition to Perry, famous figures Barack Obama and Beyonce also sent her holiday wishes in a card. -

Hillary Clinton is known for being supported many in the music industry, including Katy Perry, but now the Democratic candidate is aspiring to emulate Beyonce with her campaign.
