We also now know that IVF treatments have been unsuccessful, while wrecking havoc on her body. It's starting to look like Kardashian and Kanye West are now open to the idea of a surrogate to carry a child for them.

He has also struggled with his weight in recent years, something that momager, Kris Jenner has also expressed extreme concern over. At least now it seems that there might be a chance for Kardashian to clean up his act.

When the network turned to all three of Jenner's ex-wives for comments, only Kris declined to speak on the record, according to ABC.

A second promo clip for Jenner's exclusive two-hour interview with Diane Sawyer has been released and in it the Olympic champion seems to be ready for his radical lifestyle change. The interview is scheduled to air on April 24, a few weeks ahead of Jenner's gender reassignment surgery.
