TufAmerica has filed a lawsuit involving Frank Ocean's Channel Orange track "Super Rich Kids" and its sample of Mary J. Blige's "Real Love," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The trouble isn't concerning the actual song in its entirety for copyright infringement, it's the fact that Mary J. Blige's sample was allegedly taken from The Honeydrippers 1973 song "Impeach the President." So it was an illegal sample of a sample. -

This year's Nobel Peace Prize concert lineup has been announced which includes a variety of artists across genres including Jake Bugg, Mary J. Blige, Syrian musician Omar Souleyman, James Blunt, Swedish singer Zara Larsson, hip-hop duo Envy and Swedish rapper Timbuktu. Morrissey will headline the concert, and according to his Facebook page, he plans to perform three songs. -
