As Minaj has mentioned in interviews leading up to the album release, The Pinkprint is her most personal and emotional album to date, and this song proves it. The song, featuring production from Boi-1da, Vinylz, and Alen Ritter and co-written by Ester Dean, shows Minaj rapping about how fame has changed her relationships.
