• Wale and Meek Mill Settle Beef, Appear in Studio Together

    It appears that the beef within Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group camp between Wale and Meek Mill has been settled. Wale posted two pictures of the two in the studio together yesterday, Feb. 23, in apparent good spirits with the caption "late night cook up."

    DMV rapper and proud Washington, D.C., representative Wale is looking to spice things up with his hometown basketball team the Washington Wizards. In a recent piece set to be published in "ESPN Magazine's" upcoming music issue Feb. 2, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin — known professionally as Wale — spoke on what he thinks the issue is with the Wizards right now and what he plans on doing to fix the problems of attendance and a general stale atmosphere surrounding the team. Recognizing this, the Wizards have brought on Wale to be a "creative consultant" to bring back fun to the Verizon Center. One of his first moves has been to call up fashion guru Kanye West to try and redesign the current team uniforms.
