Last week, we reported on the new band Antemasque, helmed by Mars Volta frontman Cedric Bixler-Zavala, guitarist Omar Rodríguez-López and drummer Dave Elitch. According to Rolling Stone, the band's label, Nadie, has clarified Flea's involvement in the project: he did play on some of Antemasque's recordings but is not actually a member of Antemasque. They included him in last week's teaser video only as a "thank you" for letting the group use his studio. -
