    The trailer for the James Brown biopic Get On Up has surfaced with Chadwick Boseman (42) portraying the Godfather of Soul. The two-and-a-half minute clip shows the origins of Brown's career as a legendary performer and bandleader. We see his stint in juvie, a high-speed police chance, childhood flashbacks, his trip to Vietnam, his sexual encounters and more with the tagline: "What you have heard is only the beginning."

He and a small ensemble kept with the minimalist beat and drew out the melody with help from the accordion.

    As previously reported, Johnny Cash is set to drop his long-lost album Out Among The Stars on March 25. The single "She Used To Love Me A lot" dropped back in January, and now a music video has been released for the cut, directed by filmmaker John Hillcoat (Nick Cave, Depeche Mode). It shows a gritty American landscape and was filmed during a month-long journey across the country.

    HBO is building up its star-studded cast for a currently untitled series about the music industry in 1970s New York City. The drama is being created by Boardwalk Empire's Martin Scorsese and Terence Winter and the Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger. Now, actress Olivia Wilde has signed on as one of the main roles opposite Bobby Cannavale.

She completely nails the dark jazz ballad, which is often referred to as "The Hungarian Suicide Song" because of an urban legend that people killed themselves while listening to it.

    Ready for a Watch the Throne comeback? Kanye West and Jay Z have announced a joint performance at South by Southwest this week. It will be their first time performing together on stage in two years. The Austin Chronicle reports that the duo will kick off Samsung's four-day concert series at the Austin Music Hall on Wednesday.
  • Frank Ocean tells Chipotle to 'F--k off' after lawsuit

    As previously reported, Chipotle has filed a lawsuit against Frank Ocean for backing out of his advertisement campaign with them. The company sued the singer for breach of contract and a repayment of his $212,500 advance. Ocean responded to the lawsuit initially with a post on his Tumblr simply linking to the Wikipedia page for "Defamation." Now a second post has surfaced with a photo copy of a cashiers check made out to Chipotle. The amount covers his advance, but if you look at the memo section, it's obvious that Ocean wasn't pleased with the situation.

    Lana Del Rey has announced a series of tour dates surrounding her upcoming Coachella performance, and more dates will be announces soon, Pitchfork reports. Her upcoming album, Ultraviolence, is due out sometime this year with the Black Keys' Dan Auerbach producing the effort.

    Drake has been putting on OVO Fest in his hometown of Toronto for the past five years. The two-day festival features some of the biggest names in hip-hop with Outkast and other special guests performing this year and Kanye West, A$AP Rocky, Miguel, The Weeknd, Lil Wayne and TLC having performed in years past. Now Drake has plans to bring a festival to his "second home," Houston, Texas, in an event dubbed Houston Appreciation Weekend (HAW).

He played hits from Purple Rain and Sign O' the Times as well as well as material from The Family and The Time with a few unreleased songs thrown in the mix.

He compares the deposition to being grilled by Katie Couric or 60 Minutes.

    Remember that whimsically eerie Chipotle ad that featured Fiona Apple covering "Pure Imagination?" Well, it turns out that the slot was originally meant for Frank Ocean until he back out of the campaign. Ocean might owe thousands of dollars to the company as Chipotle is now suing him.
