Dr. Luke and Kesha are currently wrapped up in a defamation suit, but it appears their relationship wasn't always tumultuous. The producer has handed over a birthday card from Kesha as evidence for the court. The 27-year-old singer is also suing the producer for sexual assault, battery and forced drug use.
