    "Mama" June Shannon is continuing to try and save face in light of the scandal swirling around her. Supposedly, Shannon has been dating Mark McDaniel, a man who served 10 years in prison for molesting her then-8-year-old daughter Anna Cardwell. The repercussions of her dalliance have been far-reaching, as TLC has decided to pull the plug on her family's reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" and her children seem to be pitted against each other, depending on who or what they believe. Shannon has opted to break her silence and has hit up the talk-show circuit in an attempt to tell her own version of the truth.According to an interview that TMZ conducted with Dr. Phil, after listening to Shannon's explanations he has come to the conclusion that she is a compulsive liar who is drawn to criminals. Shannon's sit-down interview with him aired Monday, Nov. 17, and perhaps the biggest thing that we learned from it was that four of the men she has dated long term have been incarcerated — two of them for sex crimes, with the man she claims fathered Lauryn and Jessica Shannon not eligible for release until 2026!

Delvin Barnes is currently in custody and is actually being held on an unrelated warrant for attempted capital murder.Apparently, U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents received information from Virginia that tipped them off to the notion that Barnes could be their man, and they found his vehicle late Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 4, on a road in Jessup. It had its back window kicked out, something that those who witnessed Freeland-Gaither's abduction said she had managed to do.

    Joran van der Sloot's name has made headlines ever since he was tagged as the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Van der Sloot was recently transferred to a Peruvian prison was he was reportedly stabbed twice and left quite possibly in critical condition, according to Reuters.According to CNN, van der Sloot's new wife, Leidy Figueroa, claims her husband was stabbed twice: once in the shoulder and once in the waist. Both injuries are reportedly 2 centimeters — or 0.8 inches — deep, leaving him in pretty bad shape.
