Mama June Shannon of Honey Boo Boo fame raised a real ruckus earlier this week when TLC dragged their feet about shelving 19 Kids and Counting in the midst of Josh Duggar's sex scandal. By now everyone seems to be aware of the fact that Duggar has admitted to molesting five different girls when he was about 14 years old. The fact that the family chose to sweet it under the rug for a year before even reaching out to get their family any kind of help has really struck a negative chord with many of their former biggest supporters. While the network eventually did pull the family's reality show from the air, Shannon is still threatening to sue for a million bucks! -
'Honey Boo Boo' Biological Father Mike Thompson Is Now Living with June Shannon Again

In case you somehow missed out on all the drama that has played out over the last few months, we ill take a moment to remind you.First it was confirmed that Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson had moved out of the home the couple shared and then we learned that Shannon had reconnected with an old boyfriend, Mark McDaniel, who did time for molesting her oldest daughter. Now it seems that McDaniel is out and Thompson has moved back in to the family home.According to TMZ, the two have confirmed that they are once again living together and taking steps toward repairing things. They have not officially reconciled just yet, but Shannon is reportedly working hard toward regaining Thompson's trust. In other words, they tweaked for a few months and now they are wishing that none of the mess had played out in the press.Somewhere around the middle of this mess we learned that TLC was still supporting Shannon's children, even after it canceled the family's reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." It was not going to even appear to support the choices Shannon was making, but it made sure the family was paid and offered counseling to the kids. -
June Shannon Reveals Second Sex Offender Fathered Two of Her Kids in Explosive New Interview
It is hard to attempt to keep up with the scandal that has overrun June Shannon's family. What is certain is that her rekindled relationship with Mark McDaniel, a man who served time for molesting Shannon's daughter Anna Cardwell, caused TLC to abruptly cancel "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." Instead of distancing itself from the family, it has actually supported Shannon's children, who have been devastated by the turn of events. They have been paid in full for the last season of the reality show that filmed but will never air and have also been offered counseling. It seems there has been a new rumor nearly ever day, but Shannon has opted to stay quiet.Until now."Entertainment Tonight" managed to score a full, sit-down, explosive new interview with Shannon that is scheduled to air tonight, and she has attempted to use this opportunity to tell her side of the story. Unfortunately, while putting to rest the notion that McDaniel actually fathered her daughter Lauryn, Shannon reveals that the real father of Lauryn and her sister Jessica is also a sex offender! -
TLC Decides to Pay Most of 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' Cast for Final Season That Won't Actually Ever Air
June Shannon really has unraveled her family business in just a few short weeks. It only took TLC a day or two to decide to cancel Here Comes Honey Boo Boo after photos of Shannon cavorting with her convicted sex offender ex, Mark McDaniel surfaced. While she has insisted that the truth will eventually come out and it'll be on her side, things as of now seem to be pretty dismal. One thing that has been pretty amazing is TLC's treatment of the rest of Shannon's family. Sure they packed up their lights and quickly removed all filming equipment from the house but they also have confirmed that the family will still get paid for a season that will now never air. -
'Mama' June Shannon's Rekindled Relationship with Convicted Child Molester Mark McDaniel Has Demolished Her Once Tight-Knit Family
This time last week, "Mama" June Shannon's family was normal and they were all enjoying having completed another season of filming "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." While the show was not as popular as it once was, the ratings were still high enough for everyone to rake in a nice amount of cash. All it took was one photo of Shannon with Mark McDaniel, her former boyfriend, to bring everything crashing down around her. TMZ first caught wind of the fact that McDaniel had just wrapped up serving 10 years for child molestation and within a few short days everything looked a lot different. -
TLC Believes That June Shannon Put Kids At Risk By Seeing Child Molester Ex, Cancels 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo'
It didn't take TLC long at all to put distance between themselves and the rumored actions of June Shannon of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. The problem is that Mark McDaniel was convicted of molesting an 8-year old member of Shannon's family more than ten years ago. He served a decade in prison and was released just last spring. 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's' Future with TLC in Question after Mama June Shannon Reportedly Begins Dating a Convicted Child Molester
June Shannon, matriarch of TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," shocked fans a few months back when she confirmed she and Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson had split after nearly a decade together. He is the father of Alana Thompson — Honey Boo Boo herself — and had stepped up to be a father figure to Shannon's other daughters as well. At the time of the split it was rumored Thompson was caught playing on a dating website, but even if that is true it is nothing compared to what Shannon has reportedly been up to. The future of the series is in question after it was reported that Shannon has been dating a convicted child molester.
