• Kygo, Juicy J, Big Gigantic Join Electric Adventure 2015 Lineup

    Electric Adventure has announced the second wave of artists who will be heading down to the Jersey Shore in just about three weeks. Among the names that have been unveiled are Kygo, Juicy J and Big Gigantic. The newly added artists were blocked out on the initial lineup billing, leading to some speculation about who they might be. Now with the two-day event under a month away, fans can be comfortable with the new additions. Other artists who have been added include ilan Bluestone, Mark Knight and Cosmic Gate.

    Apple Music at last pulled back the curtains and unveiled the product that everyone expects to try and compete with the current streaming giants like Pandora and Spotify. Apple Music has partnered with some of the biggest artists in music like The Weeknd, Pharrell and Puff Daddy to help present and support the platform, but they have turned to a trendy new artist who has made his living with streaming - Kygo. The partnership, which includes the producer splashed across the Apple Music homepage, will also premiere a new remix for the classic hit "Take On Me" from fellow Norwegian act a-Ha.

    Southern California is adding another festival to already crowded schedule. SFX promoter ID&T, who puts on events like Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld, Sensation and Mysteryland, is gearing up for its first ever west coast festival after just arriving in the United States in 2013. It was announced earlier in the year that they would be bringing a brand new festival concept, One Tribe Festival, to the west coast and now the full lineup has been revealed. The festival caters to a more underground-leaning crowd with names like Carl Craig, Jamie Jones, Guy Gerber, Damian Lazarus and Guti (live) all performing, while popular crossover acts in Kygo, Tycho and Gramatik will also share their talents.

The pair collaborated on Kygo's recent single, "Stole The Show," and premiered the music video during the YouTube Music Awards. This time they take a very different approach, covering a track outside of dance music, though Tove Lo's appeal to electronic music producers and fans has been pretty strong.

Tropical house producer, DJ Kygo performed on Sunday night at 11 p.m in the Mojave tent and performed his oft-requested collaboration with Dillon Francis "Coming Over." The "Firestone" producer brought out vocalist James Hersey to sing the track live. During the performance, Kygo threw 20 USBs with the track loaded onto into the crowd for fans to keep.

The party is crashed by an alien in a space suit, who is spotted by the authorities and dub the situation a "code red."

The new single "Stole the Show" features the vocals of New York City-based singer/songwriter Parson James as Kygo crafts another one of his vintage relaxing, beach- or pool-focused melodies with the triumphant vocals of James emphatically recounting how that, though their time is up, they "stole the show." He will also be performing at Ultra Music Festival.

Directed by Jon Jon Augustavo (Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Nispey Hustle) and produced by Andrew Lerious (Nicki Minaj, Ne-Yo), the video follows a couple on their, at times, torturous attempt to find love in each other's arms.

    Tropical house producer, DJ Kygo has unveiled the official video for the live acoustic rendition of his recent single "Firestone" featuring the vocals of Australian singer Conrad. The live acoustic version features Kygo playing his crafted melodies on the piano, Conrad softly crooning the vocals and an outside percussionist, Simon Santunione gently guiding the track along with baton hits and cymbal crashes.
