Bruce Springsteen, Beck and Jack White paid tribute by performing renditions of some of the folk legend's classic tunes before Dylan himself gave a speech filled with attitude. He thanked famous musicians who covered his songs in the past -- like Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Cash and Nina Simone -- while telling off critics like Lieber & Stoller and Merle Haggard. Unfortunately for fans, Dylan did not perform. -
