Kanye West will not face criminal charges over the alleged attack on a man in at a Beverly Hills medical center last month. According to the Associated Press, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office dismissed the battery case following West's civil settlement with the man who accused West of punching him and considering no serious injuries were documented in the case. -

British producer Burial confirms his true identity
Enigmatic British producer, Burial, has officially revealed his identity through a post on his label Hyperdub's website. It shows an image of William Emmanuel Bevan, who had been attributed as the man behind Burial but never confirmed, which sparked conspiracy theories on the producer's true identity. Bevan also included a note with the photo and promised his supporters new music in 2014 to follow up December's Rival Dealer EP. -
