    Kanye West will not face criminal charges over the alleged attack on a man in at a Beverly Hills medical center last month. According to the Associated Press, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office dismissed the battery case following West's civil settlement with the man who accused West of punching him and considering no serious injuries were documented in the case.
